Just went in and was helped by Courtney, I was blown away by helpful she is her customer service is great and she has a very sweet smile. I first went to this location about 2 years ago and had a very different experience where everyone was so rude and unhelpful. So I am happy to see a shift in staff. I'll be back often. Thanks!

Second time coming to this location but first time with a great experience. Courtney got me hooked up with the store credit card and both she and Crystal got me and my mom fitted, I walked out the store with better support for my girlies and a new attitude 😉

Late to post but I went there Saturday and Millicent is an Angel. So greatful for her. I have been struggling with finding a bra to truely feel comfortable in for months. You name the bra and style and I have tried it. Still nothing truely comfortable. The bras I got always feel great on you for the first couple of days and then they get extremely uncomfortable. After talking with Millicent we measured and tried on every style, cup and size and togther we finally found the perfect bras. She was so patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I left with two bras and 6 panties. Lifetime customer!!!!!

Such excellent custom service! My client assistant helped with sizing me correctly, and found the right color and size at a store nearby. Shopping in a hurry can be so stressful that I will just come back another time. But she was just a terrific help....( and I probably spent more that I would have...but I loved all my purchases!) I went to the store looking for a blouse to wear for an interview and Smyah was amazing. She listened to my preferences and offered some great suggestions. I appreciated that she was truthful about whether or not the blouse was flattering on me. She helped me pick the perfect top. I left the store feeling good about the customer service that I received.

Helpful and friendly associates. She was unable to measure me but she showed me how to measure myself. I bought 2 bras that for great. Not that many large cup sizes available in the styles I wanted. They offered to order it for me.

Had an issue with an order I had shipped to their store. Everyone was super helpful with helping me fix the issue. Someone even called customer service themselves and made sure I got a refund. So thankful for their help!

Had purchased a pair of jeans and capris at another LB store that ended up being entirely too big once they were worn. I had made some other choices I wasn't in love with so almost month later I took them to the LaFrontera store (with tags and receipts) and the situation I was dreading turned into a fun shopping experience with Jen and Jen helping me pick out what was right for me, guiding me towards their specials (buy one get one half off and buy one get one free tops). Just like the salesladies at the other store they were truly a pleasure to work with, I am thrilled with the choices I made and received compliments all day long. Thanks Jen and Jen for helping me out today, I will be back!

I received gift card for birthday. Went there to buy panties. Not a huge selection bc of sale the day before (my luck!). But I found enough of ones I wanted. Sales people there are always helpful!

We shop here. Good selection of plus size ladies wear. We generally wait for sales or buy off the reduced rack because it is expensive. But the quality is worth it! Also my wife says it is the best place for ladies undergarments that need extra support. But be careful fellas because they have lingere stuffs and you'll spend your paycheck on that stuff before you realize it.

Jeans are the hardest thing for me to find. Millicent was amazing!! I thought I was only going to be able to buy the one pair I found that were perfect on the front table. She went in the back and found two more pair!! She went above and beyond and totally made my day. Best experience buying jeans. Ever. Seriously. Thank you, Millicent!!❤

Im not happy with the quality of lane bryants clothes now but their underwear are still great and thats what i came in for. I came in on 6.25.20 about 8 minutes before close and the ladies working were very sweet and did not rush me. I was rushing myself and they told me to take my time. I appreciated that. I did make it out by 7 which is their close time right now.

I went there a couple of weeks ago to find comfortable bras for my mastectomy. The ladies there were so kind, and very knowledgeable of bras. I really do appreciate the time and patience they gave to me while shopping there. Thank you all so much!

Please go here especially if you are having trouble finding your right bra size. Saegan (pronounced SAY-GAN, I really hope I’m spelling her name right) not only helped me find the right size bra but she also educated myself and my mom on how to measure for bra sizes the right way, know what to look for when trying on bras and also how to wash them. While I know this is typical of other lane Bryant stores, the difference here at the Round Rock location was that Saegan had actually helped me find the bra size and style that I needed. At other locations, although the service was good, I walked away with bras that fit, but felt uncomfortable or fit but were too loose.

Picked up my online order, you can't beat FREE shipping to the closest store!!! The Frontera LB ALWAYS has the BEST STAFF!! ALWAYS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS and HELPFUL!! Great experience!!!

The ladies were a huge help. I am a horrible lady and stuggle finding the correct bra size but the associates helped me and didn't make me feel bad for not knowing my size or how to measure.

Love this store. I came in the last hour before they closed so my husband and I were the only ones there. The associate who helped me was extremely nice and directed me to exactly what I was looking for.
