Took my Mini Cooper here since it is hard to fix these types of vehicles outside the dealership, but this shop was able to get it fixed. They offer payment plan option thru a company that they work with SNAP, which truly helped. If paid in full within the 90 days, then you don't need to pay interest.

It is hard to find an honest and reliable shop when there are so many scammers around, but this shop repaired my vehicle In a timely manner, they have great communication throughout the process, very polite and friendly. Will always recommend this place!!!

This shop is amazing. The person I spoke with on the phone was kind and walked me through the issues with my car. They also sent me a video and pictures of the issue. I highly recommend this place and the price seemed fair.

We were traveling from Fort Worth to Austin on a late Friday afternoon when our oil pressure light came on and we’re stuck in Round Rock with tour a drivable car. No dealership could get us in for a week, but Marioshop told us to drive over. It was an hour before they closed but they tested the car, figured out what could be the problem and fixed it on Monday. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and competent. They did what they said they would without over promising. I would highly recommend this shop.

Amazing customer service!! Super clean shop on top of that 🔥🔥 my jeep broke down while leaving work and I had no idea where to take it. Did a quick search of the area, checked reviews of course and immediately knew I had to have it fixed here. They took such great care of me and actually listened to me stress talk to the service writer. 100/10 definitely recommend!!

I had first taken my 2006 BMW 325CI to Marioshop last year due to a CEL warning. Let me just say Marioshop took care of me from initial call to repair. Mario and his entire crew are extremely knowledgeable in BMW repair and are scrupulous in how they conduct business. Mario himself diagnosed my vehicle. Marioshop will not inflate you bill with repairs or parts you do not need. They use the best quality OEM parts and their work is top notch and done in a timely manner. I have since brought my vehicle back to them for cooling system and suspension repair. I come to absolutely trust and look at this shop as my without question go to whenever I have any problems or concerns with my vehicle. Best auto service and repair shop have ever experienced. Service with a smile and shuttle ride is free back to your house and from your house to pick up your car if your within a minimum distance. Service cost is honest and what they say they will do they do with quality work. Mario the owner and his wife are wonderful people and even have got shuttle rides from both of them to my home. Marioshop is the best! My family and extended family all come here because we know they will do a great job for a great price. Mario gives trustworthy advice and all the staff is extremely friendly. They also are extremely fast getting your car back on the road.I bent my tire rod running over a curb the road and the staff gave me a ride back to my house while they took a look at my car. They had my car fixed by the next day. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The crew there is always very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, not to mention the shop itself is always spotless. They are happy to explain, in as much detail as you request, what is happening with your vehicle, why it is happening, and how it will be fixed. I take my car here exclusively because of their top notch abilities and am always very happy with the work they do. Additionally Mario knows more about cars (especially BMWs!) than any other person I have ever met in my life. I can't recommend this shop enough and will continue to use them for all my vehicles.

I have used Marioshop since their inception. I have never had an issue with any of the work they've done. I have always been contacted prior to any work being done on my car. I recently brought a few different vehicles in for pre-purchase inspections, and they let me know that a few of them would cost me a significant amount of cash in the near future even though the cars looked too be in great shape. The final car I brought in passed with flying colors, and they even gave me some pointers on how to keep the car running for years to come.

Seth was so helpful, he explained to me what was going on with my tire and assisted me in finding a tire from a nearby shop. They took the time to help me! That is meaningful and you can expect high quality service from this shop!

After receiving a diagnosis (steering pump needing replaced) and quote from a Honda service center, I decided to call around to various mechanics in the Round Rock/Austin area for quotes. I chose to go with Marioshop because of its convenient location and the price that Preston (office manager) quoted. Both Preston and Mario are very professional and friendly. The office and garage appear very clean. Mario, at first, wanted to use a factory part (because of his concern for quality). But because that would have made the cost substantially higher, he looked to see who makes the aftermarket part. When he saw who makes it, he felt very comfortable installing it and assured me that it is a high-quality aftermarket part. My car was repaired within the same day I took it in. And it's running great!

I've recently visited this shop for my BMW 3 series car service and they did an excellent job. I felt like I wasted lot of money going to Mc Neil to get this oil change and service done where they charged a bomb. I highly recommend this shop for your car service and their customer service is excellent!!!! These guys are pro in doing service for all car models.
I'm happy and proud that this is in Round Rock close to my home. Good job guys and keep up the good work. I'll be back again.

Mario saved about $600 when he could have easily taken advantage of us because I don't know much about cars. Our AC went out and we needed a new coil for our compressor. Most places would have replaced the whole compressor for about $1000 but he did a little research (on his own time) and found just the coil. Replacing it was only $400 and I was so thankful for his honesty. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Marioshop is owned by an owner who is professional and who has integrity and a staff that is the same. These guys can fix any auto or truck. They are fast and friendly and they keep you informed as they make your repairs. I wouldn't trust anyone but Mario with our cars. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed'

My brother and I bought an old 93 Audi as our first car which needless to say needed a lot of work and Mario was the biggest help. He helped us with every repair and gave us trustworthy advice. He loved the car almost as much as we did! Thanks Mario for being full of integrity and showing the young guys the ropes.

We have been customers of Mario's for nearly 5 years and recommend the service and repairs we have had done to our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo very highly. Mario has always gone the extra mile to make sure that everything is done to the highest standard and for very reasonable costs. Five stars aren't enough, we'd give more if we could.

We’ve been taking our vehicles here for a couple of years. A very good job has always been done. My wife’s car kept having the check engine light come on. They’d get one thing fixed and it would come on again. They kept after it until the problems were solved. The latest was my work van. I had a list of things to look at. They must have done a thorough inspection because problems were found that were not really related to the issues I wanted looked at. Those problems would have put the van in the shop in the near future had they not been addressed this time. I rely on the van for my livelyhood. Being in the shop makes working difficult. In the Navy we would say, Bravo Zulu, job well done!

This was a bit of an emergency situation and a Holiday weekend. I walked in at 8am yesterday and didn't know exactly what was wrong. Mike was very nice, very professional. He showed me the problem, nexplained the problem and everything was fixed in the same day. Staff very friendly and professional, and building very clean. Thanks so much yall!!

Excellent work done by honest mechanics who know what they're doing. Marioshop installed an alternator for me that later failed prematurely. They determined it was bad, replaced it, and repaired some wire damage w/out charge. Would definitely recommend Marioshop to others needing auto repair
