Great pastor tacos, perfect for a late night meal. Could have done without the generator noise, but gotta have power to make tacos.

Definitely the best taco truck in all of Austin. Open till 4:30 am on the weekends. Always friendly and the food is amazing. Austin is not known for good Mexican food, but this place makes up for Austin's taco deficiency. People talk about Cuántos Tacos, but that place is sad compared to this place. Take the time to drive here and find out for yourself.

Don't let this unassuming taco trailer in front of a tire shop sway your judgment. 7 Estrellas has the best Al Pastor taco I've ever consumed. This is a late night taco truck, their hours are 8pm to 4am during the week or until 5am during the weekend! I've heard that there are sometimes people playing instruments and making this quite the hangout.

Along with the al pastor, we also tried the carnitas, which was a little on the drier side, but they have incredible red and green sauces in the fridge in front of the truck. The drinks were a bit warm since we showed up right at opening time, but since I was drinking water, I didn't mind this at all. Not only are these tacos delicious, but they're wonderfully priced. We bought four tacos, a bacon wrapped, cheese stuffed jalapeno, a coke and a water and only paid $16.

Best tacos in Austin. Our favorite are the Suadero tacos. Great taste and slow cooked to perfection.

This is the whole package! We got a pastor taco and gordita. Comes with bacon wrapped jalapeños. Like what? Complimentary? Yes it is! Amazing music. You can watch the pastor being roasted. Great vibe. Great people

Tasty and authentic Mexican food - lots of people there and limited parking. Food prices are nowhere to be found, but if you ask them they'll tell you. We had tortas, which were $8 each, jalapeños and cebollitas (grilled small onions), which were $1 or 2 extra - cebollitas were really good. Torta cubana has all kinds of meat: ham, chorizo, sausage, pork (probably) plus cheese, lettuce tomato and a generous portion of avocado. Torta hawaiana is not very different except that it has pineapple.

I think we showed up at 3am. To our surprise, It was still open. We had the tacos it was fast and good. This is a stand so you eat outside.

This spot has been a go to for a bit now and if I ever want solid tacos this is where I'm heading.

Taqueria 7 Estrellas- Best Mexican Food in Austin. On last Christmas Holidays 2021 , I was driving around looking for food and everything was closed except this food truck when it was at its old location . So, I tried it. If this place is open I don’t go anywhere else. Only EL Pollo Rico comes close . I go here when I am in the area. The pineapple drink is great ! The Mexican hot chocolate which I sadly never remember the name . The tortas, gorditas, etc…. You won’t be disappointed . It’s a little pricey but I love to support them. They also own Tropicana Cuban Restaurant on Lamar.

A phenomenal Mexican food experience! The menu is affordable and what you would expect, but the meat flavor and additional toppings really push this one to five stars. The hours are wacky at 8-5am, but it'll make for an incredible late night snack.

This place is among the best late-night taco spots in Austin. Been coming here for years and it is a must after a night out. I will say that parking may be tricky after midnight, but it's an easy fix as you can park across the street.

one of my last meals in Austin. I wish I were sober enough to remember all of it. there was an awesome area with usually a lively group of ppl waiting for their food. it is cash only! there were pineapples inside the tacos which I'm not usually a fan of but I only remember happily devouring them.

When it comes to taco stands, Austin is in no short supply, but damn if this is not one of the best! They are cash only but well worth an ATM visit. Make sure you get the grilled onions and bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno with your meal!

Very tasty! Definitely say YES when they ask if you'd like the jalapeno on the side. It's cheese-stuff & bacon-wrapped.
