All around a great experience. I really appreciate Jake’s knowledge on his products and how thorough he was in his process of helping us find the right fit for us. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase or the service. It was a seamlessly awesome experience from the second we entered the store until the time we left. It was very educational and yet fun at the same time. Craziest part is, all I did was buy a bed. Who would’ve thought buying a bed would be an experience? 10/10 would recommend going to see Jake at this location. It was unexpectedly impressive.

Went in to buy a new mattress for my daughter. Andrew helped us every step of the way. He let us tell him what we were wanting. He gave us multiple options in different styles and prices. He was exceptionally nice and professional. We got exactly what we needed without any drama or hard-selling. Great job Andrew! You are an asset to Mattress Firm!

Andrew was great! He was very helpful and even when it was closing time he never once rushed me or my wife. Instead he was very patient when she was indecisive and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Andrew at this Mattress firm 10/10.

Our bed and mattress from living space were cancelled without notiice. We had already taken our son’s bed apart and needed a mattress at least until they arrived. We first went to living space to get the mattress but there was no one available in the bedding department to assist. After about 30 minutes we drove down to mattress firm. They helped us immediately, showed us what was available for immediate take home and even talked to the kiddo about his bed. We did the purchase within minutes ( I stood in line for 10 at LS for nada) and they carried it out for us to the car. It was great customer service after a rather poor one elsewhere

Tre was not just knowledgeable, but friendly and funny! He helped my roommate and I pick out mattresses and bases that fit our needs, AND he helped my 6 year old son pick out a new mattress for his bed as well! He went above and beyond to make my son feel included in the decisions we made, and effectively met all of our needs for this purchase! We will recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress to Mattress Firm just for Tre and his 37 pieces of flair!

I have been in this location three times now..laying on all of the mattress and asking a lot of questions. Every single one of the associates has been so helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses and answered all of my questions. Great customer service I see why this particular location has so many reviews that are positive and outstanding.

Andrew has excellent customer service skills. This is the fourth store to check out mattresses. Andrew did not pressure me into the sale. He’s very informative and helped me with my purchase.

Tre helped us out in selecting a matress that would work for us. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable on the products. I do not like high pressure sales and this was not that at all. I had a major medical issue last year that has left me in pain. I am excited to get my matress and getting a good night's sleep.

Andrew at the Stonehill Mattress Firm was very pleasant and professional! I asked about a certain mattress topper, and he didn't have it available at his store but found one at another location nearby and ask them to hold it for me. I was able to make the purchase with Andrew and pickup the last topper available from the nearby store. Thank you again Andrew for your help!

We purchased a Tempur Pedic luxebreeze from the Round Rock location. Tre Quick was the store manager at that time & was incredibly helpful - we also had some follow up support from Dakota Baker. That brand has a 90 day guarantee or they’ll replace it. The firm was just too firm (even after the standard window of newness/break in period). The team of Tre & Dakota did not disappoint when I requested to exchange the mattress for the medium - the customer support is top notch! Thank you!!
