Went out on a skate trip to Texas with some friends and stumbled upon this spot. Excellent food, great service, and the employees are cool. We have a ton of legit middle Eastern food back home, so a lot of us are used to what's solid and what isn't. None of us were disappointed. Delicious, authentic food from iran.

Order the baklava,it's the best we've ever had. We ended up coming back and ordering a whole tray.

I've been to almost every Arabic restaurant in Austin, and this place, by far, is the best. We have been ordering food from them for over 3 years now, and have tried most of their menu items, and no fail, every item tastes amazing. Even after we recently moved to Georgetown, we still drive down there every weekend. This is in addition to their great customer service and their always-welcoming attitude. I can say confidently that if you tried eating there, you wouldn't want to try any other Arabic spot.

Every time I get takeout from them, I am always thinking about the next time I will buy again because it's so good! I appreciate their large portions, making it easy to share.

I catered food from them twice for holiday parties. Once in 2022 and once in 2023. Delicious food and outstanding service! Highly recommend.

Tried Pita Shack today for lunch and wasn't disappointed. The chicken kabob was spiced perfectly and absolutely delicious. This hummus was tasty and fresh as was the babaganoush. My wife had the chicken shawarma which was great, but spiced lighter than the kabob. The pita was still hot when I arrived home as we did takeout and the food was packed for traveling. Definitely a great place to eat and we will return soon.

I love schwarma and Mediterranean food. Most places fall short but this place is off the charts good. The chicken schwarma in the gyro and chicken and rice was seasoned perfectly. Portions were very good and prices decent. If you like schwarma, this is your place.. it's excellent!

They make an amazing pizza with chicken shawerma. Staff are friendly.

First time visit. Ordered a gyro beef salad. Salad was comprised with a third of its content being chopped cucumber... I understand leaf is a little more expensive than it used to be, but it is what is is. Only one pita bread included with an order of almost 40$. Side salads are the same as what's included to stuff a gyro (cross utilization is a good thing, but this should be changed up at least a little). Onto the good. Food in general was very good. The shawarma, chicken, and beef were all tasty. Yellow rice was pretty good. Sauces... They were on point/excellent. Would recommend, will be back for more.

We ate here tonight and had the lamb and gyro plate, the gyro wrap, fries, and baklava. Everything was fresh and delicious. Friendly and decent prices for the amount of food. We will eat here again when we are in the area.

Very Good Chicken Shawarma in Town .. white sauce is so tasty . Combo plate was a real Mediterranean feast . Enjoyed Iraqi Chef’s briefing on different Arabs food and their home food seasoning ..

Finally found a gem in Pflugerville! Super friendly staffs and chicken shawarma wrap is so delicious! Loved the greek salad as well. I really appreciate that they use fresh ingredients :) We will be coming often!

STOP reading my review and GO eat at Pita Shack NOW! We have discovered our new favorite Mediterranean food. This place has everything for everyone! The vegetarian in our group was impressed by the falafels, the cheese flatbread was a delectable surprise! And you can tell from the photo the portions are HUGE! Each plate was an incredible deal for immediate food and leftovers. Can’t wait to go back.

Seriously the best halal food around! Their hummus is so flavorful, their dishes have so much passion and love and they really give you bang for your buck! I love that they include a salad and pita bread. Feels like a home cooked meal

Order pretty often from here. The shawarma, gyro, Greek salad, falafel, hummus etc are delicious. My absolute favorite is their thyme bread. It takes me back to my days in the middle east growing up. They call it za'atar there. But the thyme bread is fragrant and mouth watering. The almond rice is an absolute must in our house when we order
