Shout out to this CVS. My fiance and I live in between this CVS and another one and for a year and a half we always been going to the location at 1801 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727. And every single time I would go out of that store they would give me something to complain about. I am mainly writing this review because there was 2 customers using both self checkout machines at this location and so the employee comes up and checks me out right away so I don't have to wait for self checkout. In a year and a half I have never had 1 employee at the CVS on 1801 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727 do that or even welcome us in... ever... In a year in a half, 33 percent of the time we wouldn't even see an employee in there, this one night there was no cars in the parking lot and we didn't see an employee so we think they seriously just left the store open, so anyway it's crazy how they are so close from each other but so different... so anyway avoid the CVS on the other side 1801 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727. And stick with this one. U guys should send someone from ur store down there when u can to try and turn that place around. So I am always coming back to this one!

They are short staffed but give 100% in the Pharmacy. Stephanie, the pharmacist, always is a stellar performance! She’s hella thorough! The team rocks!

What is going on, no single parking spot is available, but not costumers on CVS, must be the church beside, ....its not fare they take every dingle spot of the pharmacy.😑

Probably inflation took a toll but everything at this location was overly priced. Only thing good was the distance from home to get some basic necessities. Went in to get a few things, only to find they are out of stock even for CVS brand. Had to make due and bought name brand as that's all they had left. Foot traffic is very low, which is no surprised.

Could you post your pharmacy hours ? Went in at 9:30 AM on a week day and found the pharmacy gated down.

This CVS is beautiful, but there are many other issues.

1. The workers all seem like they hate their jobs.
2. The restroom didn't have toilet paper, soap, nor paper towels.
3. There was no worker in the front of the store for at least 10 minutes.
4. No one seemed knowledgeable.

Pretty much the worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Never has even the most basic things. Common antibiotics? Nope. Common cholesterol meds? Nope. Don’t waste your time call another Pharmacy

[update]: just when I think that this location can't get any worse, they set the bar even lower. Went there the other day and found a sign "closed, due to no staff". I don't even know why this location exists (which is a shame, b/c it's in a very good location)

Seriously? I had a prescription for a temperature sensitive injectable sent to this pharmacy while traveling in TX. They placed it in a brown paper bag and just stuck it on the shelf. Luckily I made a point of picking it up as soon as I was notified they received it, so it was still cold. Use a different CVS.
