Working with QSS on a number of rental property jobs has been an absolute joy. Their professionalism and flexibility has been outstanding, and particularly dealing with Mary has made a couple of difficult logistical issues painless. I can recommend them without question.

I've worked with this company at 2 different property management companies and have always been very happy with their work. Mary is a delight to speak to and they're always prompt and professional.

I am very displeased with the job this company has provided for my apartment complex. I'm not even the one paying for the resurfacing and I am frustrated with the fact that I have been inconvenienced twice now. I believe this is the company they used before we moved in and shortly after use our tub started peeling and it got really bad and then they came out and "fixed it". I waited more than the time frame they tell you before using it to ensure that the tub had plenty of time to dry due to the fact that I am having a baby any day now. I didn't want to have to go through this process again. The day I went to use it I had my husband look it over and we took pictures of the bubbles and poor resurfacing job and sent it to our leasing office and they rescheduled a day for us to have it redone. Again, I could have a baby any day now and the fumes linger for days and the apartment complex inspected their job after completion today and they sent me an email stating that there were bubbles and the job was not "up to standard" AGAIN and asked if we could have it redone AGAIN for the THIRD time on Thursday. This would mean I wouldn't be able to use my shower from Tuesday-Saturday. I am unable to use my tub and the fumes are very strong. I will not have this company resurface my tub for a THIRD time when they've proven the last 2 times they are incapable of doing their job right the first time.. or second time. I would give zero stars, but you are unable to do that.

I’m forced to use this company due to the fact that the apartment I live in chooses to use them as a vendor. After both “resurfacing” attempts I have no idea why they continue to use them. The first time, it was still bubbled up and I knew the job was done poorly and only time would tell before it started peeling again.
My husband and I took pictures and sent it to our manager and they scheduled another resurfacing.. as if that would fix the problem. Yesterday they came out to resurface again meaning yet again our tub was unusable for 48 hours minimum to allow it to properly dry and this time it was done in the middle of a work week when I need it most. Second inconvenience - first being that they had to come AGAIN after the poor job they did the first time. I come home to inspect my tub only to see that it was done WORSE than the first time and it will SURELY peel within weeks maybe even days of being used. I have a baby due ANY DAY now. My apartment complex wanted to schedule for them to come out a THIRD time as if they would do it any better than the first two times. I declined as I cannot have my apartment filled with those fumes and chemicals with my baby potentially coming home and needing to live and breathe this air. Soo to top it off this second time they came they didn’t bother closing the door to the bathroom which is the only room we are informed to clear all our belongings out of so thanks to their lack of common sense and professionalism now we have chemically infested debri/powder ALL over our bedroom which contains all of our babies things that will be needing re-washed and cleaned before his arrival which again is ANY DAY NOW. It’s all over our bed which we have to sleep on and probably inhaled all those particles last night. This company has not proved to me that they should be trusted for their work. They need to refund my apartment complex and purchase a new tub for my apartment since they clearly can’t resurface one. They should be responsible for the damages and potential chemical poison & hazard they have caused for my family.
My apartment states they’re not responsible for any damages caused by this vendor. This has also been a problem since July 30th. That is when we put in the first service request to our apartment and then we filed 2 more over a span of 3 months before we were finally contacted for the first resurface which took place on 10/25/19. Our management tells us they contacted QSS each time and they failed to hear back from them until now. Sounds like altogether this company is not good at what they do.
