Jim Howell and his staff are very friendly and have helped me out in special situations from time to time over the many many many years I have been his client. Once I needed a policy on my mothers house that I had inherited, but I didn't realize it at time of her passing, but when I figured it out a few days later, Jim immediately drove over to her house took pictures and setup a policy for me effective that day. In another special situation I had to work in Oregon for two years, and his staff arranged for me to have auto coverage there and here all billed on one account, and without me having to find an agent in Oregon. It has always been ultra convenient to have Jim handling my policies.

Been with Mr Howell for over 10 years. Been through 2 claims that weren't my fault and State Farm started the process till the at fault company took over. After 10 years, nobody can beat their rates. Loyalty has perks!

Mr Howell's assistant (Christy I believe) is extremely polite and professional. She answered all questions I had with total confidence and always double checks to ensure my premium is as low as it can be.
