I took my truck to Frank's Automotive Repair for an issue I was having. Frank ran some tests, diagnosed the issue, and made the necessary repairs according to the results of his testing. Turns out that the repairs didn't fix the issue, so Frank recommended that I take my truck to a shop that specializes in the specific issues I was having, and said that he would completely refund my money! I told Frank to charge me for the new parts he replaced and just refund me for the labor. Even tho Frank was unable to fix my issue, I found him to be extremely honest, fair and has excellent customer service. Because of this, I will be a life long customer of Frank's Automotive Repair. If you need a great mechanic that is honest, fair, and provides his clients with exceptional customer service that you will never get at the big national chain garages, then Frank's Automotive Repair is your place.

Frank was great. He replaced a defective ABS modulator and flushed the brake lines. Very affordable

I absolutely recommend Frank's for your car repairs! This is a classic garage from the old school. And don't be fooled, Frank is friendly, respectful to his customers and honestly found the best way to fix our car, and he KNOWS cars! I called 4 other shops that were recommended and not one of them would fix our Forerunner, some didn't even call back when they said they would, we guessed it was too much trouble. Frank set us straight on the best way to fix our rear wheel bearings, and so he simply replaced the whole thing and actually saved us money! This is not a fancy new service shop. It doesn't have a waiting room and just needs a classic coke machine in the corner, (this is my dad's kind of place and it reminded me of my dad working on our family car with the smell of oil), and honestly, we could use a few more shops like this one and great guys like Frank. Took my SUV there because it was misfiring and in limp mode. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour. Was a great guy to talk to and performed exemplary service to my vehicle. I have finally found myself a good mechanic. Thank you Frank!

He does awesome work! We needed our brakes replaced. After waiting for over an hour pass our appointment time at another shop. We looked up mechanics near me. We called Frank, he said come right over. He not only replaced and fixed other things he did it $100 less than we were quoted by our previous shop. We found a new mechanic.
