Isaac Jackson Hotel

This hotel was great! The staff were very nice, very helpful. The rooms were clean, the beds are amazing, so comfortable. My 4 yr old, wanted to stay again, just for the bed. The bathtub/shower are amazing too, big and clean. They have a great free breakfast, coffee, a juice and water machine. They have snacks and drinks you can buy, if you don't like the free stuff. The price is good, considering everything they provide. It's a beautiful hotel, and the view from our window was so beautiful! I would highly recommend this hotel, we will be going back too.

was friendly and the beds were comfortable. I stayed in a Suite room and was pleased at the size & comfort. The room was quiet,
which was a blessing. I plan on returning in the future.

This place really exceeded our expectations. The hotel was SO clean and nice!! Most hotels I’ve stayed in have a musky smell in the hallways and the hallways are hot and wet from kids getting in and out of the pools but there was NONE of that here. The entire hotel smelled so clean like fresh linen. The elevators were even super nice! Our room and bathroom was immaculate. The bed was so comfy and last but not least.... we had an unfortunate circumstance and needed a sanitary napkin. We called the front desk to ask if they had any and they said they’d check and see and someone could bring one up to our room. Next there was a knock at the door from housekeeping and the lady gave me a sanitary napkin FROM HER OWN PERSONAL BAG! how nice was that??????? i just can’t say enough about how nice this place was. We came through elkins for a train ride and when we return, we won’t be staying any place else but here! Thank you Isaac Jackson!

Came here for a funeral and to see old friend in Parsons. To my absolute delight the rooms/ suite was outstanding. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, beds comfortable, and conveniently located. Everything is new and of quality! My suite has a living area from where I can work and I am very pleased!
The only downside is the restaurant located here. The 1863 Tavern! Food leaves much to be desired and they have beer, wine or liquor. Don't go! Also breakfast buffet leaves much to be desires. I did however find the Forks Inn for Dinner and that was wonderful experience!
I will stay here again!

Very nice room! The bed was so comfortable and everything clean. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Free hot breakfast the next morning. Coffee and hot cocoa available at all times free! We didn't have anything with us because we was stuck due to weather and they provided us all our toiletry items. Loved the stay hope to stay again but next time planned :)

In town for the 2019 Ramp Festival in late April, we had a wonderful time at this property. It was unique, clean, and staffed with caring people. We truly enjoyed our breakfast and the the view was remarkable! No pool, but no problem!

Nice, clean hotel. Good experience with staff at all levels. Complimentary breakfast is very good. I would suggest adding sausage gravy w/biscuits but the omelets, sausage, waffles, cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, toast, they have is more than most offer as complimentary and again, is all very good.

From the time of checking to the of checkout, the staff were attentive to my needs and accommodations. ***Seth is a prime example of customer service! The hotel was very clean and updated. My bed was very comfortable and the room was was pleasant. Plus, the breakfast was great! The location is easy to to find and accessible. They are 5 🌟 in my book! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

I stayed at this hotel because I didn't want to stay at a normal chain hotel. The location was on a nice hill, overlooking the city, with mountains in the distance. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The entire hotel looked new and clean. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the nicer hotels I've stayed in recently.

5 stars! We inspected our room top to bottom when we arrived and it was flawless! Staff was friendly. Very updated looking. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Couldn't say better things about this place, would definitely stay again. Also the restaurant below the hotel is amazing!

I have to say this is one of the nicest places I've stayed at in a long time. The rooms are immaculate. The whole place is lol. The lobby is open and spacious, clean, and connects with the dining area for breakfast. Very impressive as you first walk in. Staff was very helpful and courteous. As I said the breakfast area is large and spacious. Only offering take away breakfast right now but looks like a good offering pre covid. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my wife and kids while visiting Elkins for the Polar Express. This is an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff was wonderful and able to answer any questions we had. For us, this hotel was well within walking distance to downtown.

Rooms are great. Beds are very comfortable. The showers have great water pressure. The breakfast is one of the best free breakfast I have ever had. All around one of the best hotels I have visited!!!!!

This is a gem of a place to stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location!! We met the owners and they made us feel right at home gave us great advise on directions and places to see. The 1863 restaurant was great too! You would not go wrong to stay here. Thanks for a great experience! We hope to return!!!

The stay was excellent! Staff was friendly, and accommodated us when having to stay an extra night. The breakfast was delicious with many home-made options. The rooms were also very clean.

Can't believe this quality of hotel is in a small West Virginia Town. Extremely well kept and the staff was very accommodating. Restaurant located on property is very upscale. Stayed for two days and wish we had more time. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

This is a nice hotel for the price. Beautiful view of the mountains, clean rooms, plenty of parking, outside patio for dining or smoking with view to mountains, good breakfast with plenty of options, free wifi. Its not super luxurious 5* 350 per night room but its def a top contender.

Affordable, great staff and awesome breakfast. Clean rooms with plugs by the bed so you don't have to search and unplug things. Modern televisions, free WiFi and a nice small business center area with free printing.

We stayed on the second floor and we absolutely loved it. We were there for a mini retreat that I attended so while I was busy learning my mom took my daughter out and they explored Elkins. Elkins is such a beautiful town and the Isaac Jackson hotel is as well. The staff were all courteous and nice and made you feel very at home. The Continental breakfast both days was also very tasty!

Very nice and we'll kept. Excellent continental breakfast. Restaurant on property was good too. Staff very friendly. Will go back next time we visit elkins. Bonus: reasonable rates. Check it out, probably the best deal in town for what you get.
