Great experience shopping, unfortunately shoe I decided on wasn't in stock in my size, so they ordered it Wed, it arrived at my home today. So I'll try it, if it doesn't work I have 90 days to return it.

My friend found two perfect pairs of loafers at reasonable prices!

I found these boots and they are 🔥🔥🔥, and I wasn't even looking for them. They were originally $99.99, but I got them for $30.30. Sweeeeet!!!!!!!

I like to actually try shoes on BEFORE I purchase them. Two suggestions: Do your research online before you go to the store. Avoid weekends and try to visit during a weekday morning or early afternoon if possible. Everyone in retail is short staffed these days. Having said that, the associates have always been very helpful, and I've gotten some amazing deals on really nice top brands. Their VIP membership is worth it even if you only buy 3 or 4 pairs of shoes a year.

DSW is a shoe mecca. I always love shopping for shoes here especially when you can catch their sales and rack up enough points to get a little money back. However, if you order online I suggest getting it shipped to your house.I have come to find when I do ship to store it takes 1 to 3 weeks to receive my shoes I ordered.I've even not received an order at all before.To my home 4-7 business days.Also sometimes shoe boxes come destroyed but that is something that most likely happened while being shipped with the carrier not DSW.FYI if you use afterpay just know that dsw can't cancel the order until the shoe has been delivered.So if delivery is taking 2 to 3 weeks you will still have to make payments on a shoe you don't have yet which can be a little frustrating especially if you never receive the shoes you ordered.

Great customer service. Bought my husband house shoes and pick the wrong size. They gave me no issues when I realized I had put the receipt in the wrong box

Very helpful, friendly staff, good prices and have good promos. Even called another store to see if they had a size in a particular shoe that I wanted.

Calub was so helpful and had amazing customer service skills. He smiled and communicated as we ordered the shoes.

I love the discount coupons however i struggle to find shoes for the office with heals under 3" (neeed 1.5" to 2"), comfortable and classy.

I went in to do an exchange I had bought online and the girl that greeted us was very nice in definitely coming back and I am very pleased with my exchange
