Best place to go to get your glass cut

Poor customer service and scheduling. We contacted them to schedule repairs, we were told they would put in a work order and contact us to schedule. 6 weeks went by, no call. Called them again and there was no previous work order. The website specifically states that they cover Lewis County. When giving them directions in Lewis County they stated that it was pretty far . We were then told that someone would be here last week. Another week of waiting, no call. No worker showed up. We had quite a bit of work that could have been done which would have been very lucrative for a local business. We have since taken out business elsewhere.

Contacted and had order placed in February to have a window replaced for house I'm selling. They showed up and got measurements and told me it would take about 2 months to get in. It is now end of June and still have not heard from the original person after multiple calls and emails. All I ask is to be told if you can get my window or not. Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Would absolutely not recommend them ever to my worst enemy.

I could not give them zero stars or I would. I called this company in September about getting an estimate on replacing all the windows in my home. Jason said they would work with my realtor and get an estimate out to me within two weeks before we moved in. It has been over 3 months and many calls only to be told that Jason is working on it. Jason has never even called to schedule a time to do the estimate or to explain why it is taking so long. I do not understand how they stay in business. The people are nice when they answer the phone but nothing ever gets done.

Terrible customer service! Do not waste your time with this company. It took me two months to get a quote from them then I tried for three months to schedule work and finally gave up.
