DIOR Chicago Rush Street

Had a fantastic experience a few days ago. Isaac C. is phenomenal-- he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to the craftsmanship of the products and we even talked about the history of Dior. Great SA, highly recommend to everyone.

Really love this shop, staffs are really caring about the customer's needs, I forgot his name, but he supper awesome, friendly, highly recommend this location

Wonderful experience. My husband surprised me with a trip to Dior and I was 40 weeks pregnant at the time. Ty was our SA and what an amazing experience, attentive, listened to exactly what I was looking for, made sure that I was comfortable seeing as I was very very pregnant.

I don't normally write reviews but I have to rave about my recent trip to this location. Where I'm from we don't have any luxurious designer stores and so on this trip I was super excited to go around all the ones Chicago had to offer. I came in about 30 minutes to closing(I felt so bad but I knew what I wanted and waited in line) they were kind enough to still let me in and shop around. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me but he was so sweet and helpful. He even told us a motivating story about the symbolization of the Star for Dior and helped me purchase a beautiful chain link bracelet. I had made my way to Gucci and Louis Vuitton on this trip as well and was not met with the same genuine, kind atmosphere. If you are visiting Chicago and are wanting to purchase something designer, PLEASE consider Dior before the others because they made my experience worth while. The employees and security have made a loyal customer out of me.

I bought my first piece at the Rush Street boutique several years ago. I walked off the street in old sneakers, jeans, and a t-shirt. Victor welcomed me warmly, helped me try on a slew of clothes, and treated me as if I belonged at Dior. I have bought Dior from him and the DC boutique ever since.

If this store doesn't meet your expectations, you might want to adjust your expectations - or your attitude.

Wow wow wow! I have been to several luxury boutiques in the city but Dior has truly topped them all! Xin Xin was my lovely Sales Associate and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a bag to ask for her! I had saved up my pennies and was ready to finally purchase my first Dior but want sure if I wanted the lady Dior or the saddle bag. Xin Xin was so helpful and patient brining me an array of colors, leathers, and hardware. She also let me try on several sizes and see what each bag looked like with a cross body strap or not. She took over an hour of her day to help me get the perfect bag. She even went above and beyond by pulling the bag I wanted off the truck they received that morning. As a manager I know that merchandise has to be received before it can be sold so I know how much of an ask to her manager this was for Xin Xin and she just made it happen. It would have been so easy for her to tell me they could have it in stock the next day but she did everything in her power to make sure I left with my dream bag that day and it really means a lot. Everyone from the lovely security staff to all the store employees were so welcoming and genuinely happy to have you there. I will definitely be coming back to buy my lady Dior and I will absolutely be asking for Xin Xin!

Visited the location last week and had comfortable experience. I noticed all sales are black men with just right enough introduction about products, didn’t push me at all.
After visited both Dior and Chanel nearby, I switched from Chanel to Dior with a LadyDior, even though I’ve been watching and waiting for a Chanel bag for months.

I will pick whichever brand that treats me really like a “customer”.

I was very hesitant about visiting Dior to buy a purse due to the negative reviews. So I initially gave Dior a call and the sales rep I got did not sounded snobby about helping me with a few questions and offered a personal line if I needed further assistance. So I decided to go into the store to buy the purse.
However, I had a few issues with my purchase (I’m a very nit picky person) and this is why the 5 stars review. The sales rep and store manager helped me resolve the issues I was having and not once acted like they were too good for helping/doing their work.
One of the time I returned to the store, my sales rep saw me waiting outside and ran over to the door security to let me in. Mind you, you needed to reserve a time slot with a sale rep or hope that a sales rep was free to be in the store due to limitation by the pandemic.
All in all, I’m not an in-store shopper because I prefer to order online but I would gladly come back to shop at Dior Chicago from my experience.
