KFC

Sometime I feel like KFC shows false advertising on television. When they say they two for five chicken wrap is bigger on television. But when you get to the restaurant they are so darn small and not what they say they are. But they are good.

Woman working the drive through on Sunday October 1 at 1pm is the best fast food worker I have encountered in months. She was upbeat, personable and professional. That’s a rarity in the industry. As a former small business owner I advise you hold onto her!

Very nice young gentleman working drive thru window. Very polite nice smile. Food was excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hot and spicy wings at the Belleville store. I couldn't believe they were 8 bone in wings for $4.99, and they were hot and crispy. I had a bad experience at a wing place that likes owls the night before and was still craving wings. Great deal and food was excellent.

It was near closing, and they were fast and efficient.

Edited 9/25/19: I don't know what's happening here, but it's been declining a lot lately. If service was slow, at least food was always good. Service has been very slow. I've had to pull up and wait every time lately. And tonight, after a long wait, I was met with an order not even good enough to call mediocre. The biscuits were too brown and hard, wedges were just okay-hit or miss, and the popcorn chicken was old (somebody in my family got the fresh order while the other two got old ones). To top it off, the fruit punch was very nasty and tasted watered down. How can a drink with no ice even be watered down? (I ordered it no ice. It never had any ice in it) I'm disappointed in all and won't be back soon. When whatever is causing these problems is resolved, let me know. Will try again and may update rating.

Edit 02/26/23: They have been on point the last year or so. Always fresh, hot food and doesn't take a long time, comes out quickly.

If you like chicken, KFC is a good place to go. I really like the crispy chicken, cole slaw is the best, and mashed potatoes are always good. Try one of their bowls.

Now, some may have their own opinion that differ about what I am about to say and that is fine, because I generally speak about my own experience/observation.. When it comes to a Restaurant Establishment that stepped up during this 2 year Pandemic to make sure that your online food order is safe delivery travel, KFC will get that five star Number One "Honorable Mention".. Why? My food order is always Sealed, and this is so that the on line order meal is in the bag as well as for Safety reason (huge Plus for my family),.. I am now retired, and I order from KFC monthly and that Seal has been the number one Factor for me and my Family, We love it!... KFC on West Main "Success Unto You".. Oh! Yea, love your Chicken sandwiches too..

Food was what's to be expected of a stereotypical fast food joint. Standard recipe which should be good, but rushed and not of the best quality. Staff wasn't mean, but members were very short and kinda snippy, with goofy expressions like, "wait a minute! Let me see if we have 4 wings already!" Not a shining example of what KFC should be.

Every time I go here to KFC I always get better 399 chicken sandwiches and I don't understand they are really really good in my opinion they're even better than their competition and I won't say the name but you know who I'm talking about. The pickles on the other hand that they put on it is something else that I don't want to talk about because I don't care for them too much that's why I get mine without.

Around 7:30 pm Nov 10 ,2021 .I was pleasantly surprised. My chicken tasted so fresh and hot and biscuits were fresh.

The service today was absolutely fantastic! Very fast efficient and friendly! I hope they keep it up. It was a very enjoyable experience eating there today.

Great place to eat.Very affordable.Purchased 12 piece chicken strip for 4 for take out.Good food.Only thing is they didnt give me the 4 sauces

The only KFC I will go too. Employees are always extremely friendly and efficient. The food is always super fresh and delicious. One of the cleanest fast food places in the area.

They have rebuilt this KFC, it has a ery large dining area. Service was first class. Berry pleased all around.

Food was hot..Dist.Manger Mr.Bell was so helpful and friendly..Restaurant was clean.Food was prompt and we didn't have to wait long.

Fast and quick through the drive thru inside closed still. Order was accurate and hot.

The service was great ,the food was right with what I ordered and the upgrade to the restaurant was amazing .I would eat here more often now, very clean
