Mokena Crossings Family Dental

Went to Mokena Crossings Family Dental recently for the first time, and I am very satisfied with my visit. I was in for a cleaning, and since I am a new patient, my Dental Hygienist Maggie, took all the necessary X-rays, and performed necessary exams. Maggie is great to work with! She listens to you, answers all your questions, is very knowledgeable, and did a great job on my teeth. I like the location of this Dental office, as well as friendly staff, and the ease and quickness of payments. I am definitely coming back here to address all my Dental needs, and recommend this place to everyone looking for a quality Dental office

I absolutely love Kelly. She does a great job cleaning my teeth. She takes the time to explain everything to me. This was my first time meeting Dr. Baidas, I also liked her very much. Hope she stays.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. They go above and beyond with a smile. Trish is a gold star to the office. Courteous office staff. I give them 5 stars.

This place is amazing. I took my 4 year old son here to get his cavity fixed that was messed up by another dentist and they did an amazing job. Dr. Layla was amazing with my four year old. And he assistant was too. As a mother we all get nervous for our children and how they will be around doctors. But they made sure that not only I felt comfortable but also my son. She treated my son as if he was her own.

We love Mokena Crossings! Wonderful, kind staff that take so much time to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Best dental care my family has ever had!

My husband Bill is seeing Dr. Baidas for his dental work. She is not only an excellent & skillful dentist, but she is also kind, patient & she listens! My husband is almost 87 years old with hearing problems and she was so patient with us. That’s so important to us at this stage of our lives. The same can be said for Michaela, the dental technician. She is super sweet & helpful. The office staff is super too. We LOVE Mokena Crossings.

Isaac was very knowledgeable and explained in detail about my sons teeth treatment. He answered my questions very well and made sure I understood what he was explaining. Isaac had a great personality, friendly and was excellent with my son. Isaac is great at his job. We received great services at Mokena Crossing dental with Isaac and staff members.

Great experience for me. I was contacted three hours before my appointment that there was a staffing issue. I was asked if I was flexible? I agreed to come a hour later. When I got there service was good. My hygienist updated my medical history and was VERY pleasant and provided excellent care.
I have referred friends and family. Great service!

This is an overall great office! This is my second cleaning with Isaac the Hygienist and it was awesome! I was seen by the doctor for a filling and he was great! My filling is perfect! The assistant Vickie was great as well! Great visit!

Mokena Crossings has superb service and was a blessing to me today!
Please note, this is not my usual dentist office (mine was closed), they still took me in within the hour after I suddenly needed help with a painful temporary crown issue.
They handled all of my needs quickly and efficiently, from starting with a super kind and thorough welcome/set up from Isaac to a super great finish with super great service (and extra helpful info) from Sandra!

Is awesome, I'm new to this area all the way from Jacksonville Florida. Several days ago I started experiencing a toothache I called my dental plan from back home but it does not cross state lines. So I began my search for a dentist in this area came across Mokena Crossings Family Dental they were able to get me in the same day for an appointment which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was very nice and friendly, the office is beautiful. I received great care and service. Most importantly the cost for services was very affordable. Great dentist office.
Every staff person there were very nice and very helpful since I called the first time to schedule my family appointment. The receptionist was very responsive and followed through with me when calling my insurance .
And the all of the staff from the doctor to the staff helping the doctor were incredibly nice and very helpful.
I’m glad I chose this place for my family dental needs.

I couldn’t be happier using this doctors office. Everybody was so sweet, kind, and professional! Had terrible pain from wisdom teeth. Came in for a appointment, had everything looked at. They were able to take care of me same day and get me out with absolutely no pain. The employees here are beyond amazing! I’ve always dislike to going to the dentist, but I will absolutely be coming back after meeting these fine group of people!
