Absolutely amazing, wine and food, service, ambiance is 5 star. Kudos to the lady served us and Kevin. Highly recommended.

Ok rewriting my reviews and yes its still 5 star because it is, Michael is just the best Server/bartender ever. He is lot of fun. Lol

This is now my favorite restaurant in Huntsville. I would drive by this restaurant daily but did not know it had such amazing food. I stopped in to check out the menu and they had me at the very first menu item…fried deviled eggs!
I wanted to try every single plate. Luckily, it’s tapas style so I was able to try many.
Everything is phenomenal. Not to mention the wine recommendations with each item.
You can also purchase some amazing wines to take home!!
This is the perfect place for date night or a girls' brunch. However, I stopped in alone and gobbled up everything at the bar. I will be back and I'm bringing all my friends!

Flight Plan is one of Huntsville’s best kept secrets, although, I believe the word is getting out about where to get 5 star food and service while enjoying a great bottle of wine! The owners, Jim and Belinda, are a great team, and their staff are always friendly and ready to offer advice when ordering. Bella is our favorite server, but they are all wonderful! The food is exceptional, and the Chef, Jim, puts thought into every menu item listed. Belinda handles the wine selections, and she puts together a great selection for any occasion! This is one of my wife’s best go to spots for a wonderful meal and a great time. It is best to call ahead and make a reservation, as the place fills up quickly!

We have now visited Flight Plan and Tapas on a number of occasions.

The "flights" of wine are excellent. It is a good way to learn about a type of wine and to find out which ones appeal and which ones do not.

On two occasions now, I have gone for the French wines. There are four glasses and range in price and taste. The wines are placed on a sheet in an order that identified the wine and something about each wine. There was a crafted delivery made of wood that fit the placemat perfectly. It was a nice touch.

While I thought the wine tasting would be good, I was not sure about the food choices. As it turned out, there were plenty of good choices. This evening, we had an empanada and scallops—two small dishes that the two of us split and enjoyed with the wine tasting.

The folks at the restaurant were very friendly, informative and very good at providing an excellent experience. The owners, Jim and Belinda, are very knowledgeable and enjoy interacting with customers. The bartender, Matthew, is a retired military man and a psychologist.

Service is very good; the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is excellent.

The service here is amazing! I love the wine flights and the owners are so nice! Great food and great selection of wine! Ask for April when you go she’s such a great, kind and friendly server ♥

Our first time going here and it was a great experience. Wine options were great and they had a good amount of bourbon and beer selections if you are not a wine person. Loved the food that we had and the prices were great as well. The bartender was knowledgeable of the drinks and the food. We will have to go back and check out the brunch as well.

We first stopped in to Flight Plan a month ago to grab a quick bite to eat. The hostess was very friendly even though we didn’t have a reservation. Since then we have been there two more times (with reservations) and have enjoyed our meals everY time. The serving staff are all knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you. The chef visits the tables and chats. The food is exceptional, we especially enjoy the stuffed, bacon wrapped dates. We will continue to enjoy coming to this restaurant in the future!

First time dining here and my spouse and I chose to attend the Valentine's Dinner. We had the Stuffed Dates, White Wine Cheese Pairing Medley, Hoisin Salmon, Lemon Ricotta Ravioli, Beef and Potato Empanadas, and Amy's Apple Delight. (Spouse had the Gooey Butter Cake).

All of the food was brought out in perfect timely succession, and each flavor of food was a continuous stream of pleasantness and even homely. Both types of desserts were the perfect range of sweet without overpowering the overall flavor.

Our server, Kent, was prompt, professional, courteous, and overall a pleasant person to speak with. Thank you again for the recommendation to add caramel to the Amy's Apple Delight.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch after seeing this place finally opened and it was amazing! The menu is smaller for lunch, but has plenty to choose from. We had stuffed dates, fried deviled eggs, and the barbecue naan pizza. All three tasted great!

The wine flights are very creative. Each one is based on a specific theme (I tried the spicy reds) and come with a tasting guide to help you understand the differences in each wine.

We definitely recommend and will be going back often!

Tonight is Valentines Day and we watched flight plan staff graciously work in a 10 top reservation that grew to 15+ which wreaked havoc on them (and in our opinion was very inconsiderate).. the food, the service and the attitude throughout was stellar. You have our sympathy and our praise FP! Thanks for a wonderful Valentines Day!

We went to one of Flight Plan's Wines and Tapas' wonderful small group (20 people) Wine Tastings with Paired Tapas with each Wine on Sat 19 Jun 2021. Chef Jim discussed the food and Belinda talked about the wine, the regions the grapes were grown and how each wines was produced and about each winery/wine maker. It was fun and informative. The wines and tapas was excellent. Belinda and Jim and their staff are welcoming and friendly. Belinda and Jim always make a point to greet each guest. One of our favorite places to drink and eat.

This is my first review ever. We had dinner here last night and it was absolutely delicious. The jasmine mushroom rice was my favorite along with the scallops, which were done to perfection. We will be back!

Flight Plan is our favorite place for a wonderful dinner. We can always count on great food and warm hospitality. Bella and April make us feel like family. Jim & Belinda have done a great job making Flight Plan a staple in Huntsville’s restaurant scene!

Absolutely fantastic wine bar. The flights are beautifully curated. The food is always delicious- I highly recommend the bacon wrapped, pork belly, steak and bleu cheese naan bread, and my Friday lunch staple - the steak salad. Additionally the staff is amazing and very attentive.

Everything we tried was delicious! Wine was very enjoyable too!

First time eating here - wow! Did not disappoint! Delicious selections, perfect combinations, wonderful wines, and comforting interior atmosphere. We chose, unfortunately, to eat outside, where Friday night hot rods revved their engines through the adjacent parking lot. Everything else was perfect, however! Highly recommend making room for the Flourless Chocolate Torte to end the experience!

Five stars all around! April and Belinda were kind and knowledgeable. They answered any questions we had and offered up great recommendations. As far as the food, it was delicious!!! We started with the stuffed dates which are to die for! For our tapas, we ordered the shrimp and polenta, empanadas and stuffed Portobello. Everything was amazing!!! We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

A nice place with good service, a decent variety of wines, really good food, and hopefully soon to come bourbon flights.

Absolutely one of the BEST new restaurants in Huntsville. As a restaurant reviewer hands-down this bistro-tapas specialty will be having a hard time keeping pace with demand bc it’s that good. From the front door service, creative dishes that perfectly compliment the wine this place will satisfy even the most persnickety astrophysicist! But as a wine lover recently transported from Europe I can breathe easy in knowing “these guys get it!”

Well done, the decor is fun, we started with the Tuscan wine flight and a Belgian beer paired with a meat tray and a red wine cheese tray. Then for dinner the #scallops oh my!!! Really yummy! Then a few pizzas and finished off with decadence for dessert, strawberry cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake 😋 you’ll blow your points out the window with a smile on your face!
