Carrabba's Italian Grill

Always loved Carrabba's, this visit was no exception. Was traveling and had to eat birthday dinner alone but my bartender/server Dayzha helped make it great.
Picked the free appetizer option, Calamari with Ricardo sauce and had the Chicken Bryan with salad and mashed potatoes (and a take home entree addon of Mezzaluna for $10). Everything was wonderful. I had plenty to eat (probably too much bread and oil dip but ... 🤷🏻‍♀ it's my birthday so 🎉) and plenty of leftovers for my trip.

The Johnny Trio was perfect for someone who wanted steak and chicken. Both were very flavorful. Plus, the side Mezzaluna ( stuffed ravioli) was a great touch.
The Ribeye was outstanding and cooked perfectly medium. The sautéed spinach was a bit salty. The Fettuccine Alfredo was a great side compared to a baked potato. I loved it!
Salad, bread, and chicken soup are always a perfect start. Thank you for dinner tonight.

Love the food here and service has been great. The employees and managers normally correct any food errors pretty quickly. I love their take home extra meal option when it is available. They decorate well for each holiday as well. I normally get the Chicken Marsala and Calamari and their Chicken soup (with the bread) is amazing and without. One of my favorite places to eat and celebrate occasions.

Our party of three was promptly seated and our drink order was taken.. we received our drinks and our entree orders were taken which included soup or salad.. fresh bread and oil with Italian herbs was provided and we received our salads soon after.. then our entrees and everything was hot, fresh and delicious.. service was awesome.. definitely recommend eating here..

First timer to Carrabba's. The host was very friendly. Got seated right away. Our waiter so nice, got our drinks and gave us time before taking our order. Our soup and salads came out right away, no waiting. Delicious.. Son after our meals came out. Again not a long wait for our meal. OMG!!! It was sooo delicious... I will be going again trying other dishes.. If you never been here, you've got to check it out ppl!!. 👍💖🥰

Dillon was our server and he did an outstanding job. We never had to ask for refills. He was very personable. We shared the chicken trio and the chicken marsala was our favorite. Too much food for one person. The bread was fresh and still warm. Plus it went towards my reward points. Very good experience all around.

Everything was cooked and seasoned well. Service was great. My husband got the steak, I chose the veal. Did not regret our decision at all! My favorite Italian in HSV so far. Only negative was the zucchini appetizer came out a little cold, we still ate them all!!

We haven't been here in a while. Last time it was a bit crowded and noisy. Not my preference. Today everything was perfect. The staff and atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The staff was great. My wife's dish was not cooked exactly to her liking, and they quickly corrected it with grace and professionalism. The food was awesome. We will be back soon.

We were in town last week for the funeral of my husband’s mother. A party of 18 family members (15 adults, and 3 little ones), we had made a reservation for a late lunch after the services. We arrived hungry, and had the pleasure of having Dayzha as our server, only Dayzha. What a fantastic job she did! From taking and serving our drink and food orders, she delivered efficient and timely service all while keeping her sense of humor and friendly smile. Thank you, Dayzha, for being that ray of sunshine on a rainy, sad day for our family.

I highly recommend. Johnny served us and he is the sweetest, he engaged in conversation and made us laugh. The atmosphere was so very warm and inviting! Johnny made sure we had everything we needed! If you go ask for johnny!

Our food was delicious, tho we wait for atleast 45mins.. that day the line was long... first time we had soup and must try! Mussel i believed i can of 2 plates for that... normally i dont like calamari but this was an exemption.. our main fish was pasta (ofcourse) always delish.... oh btw my cocktail drink was awesome those appetizer and drinks are half priced. So its perfect! Haha

Johnny was amazing! Such a great personality with so much talent. He knows the menu so well and helped us have the perfect lunch. He definitely goes above and beyond:) I have not been to a Carabbas since I was a kid so this was a refreshing experience. Thanks Johnny!

I gave my mom a 70th birthday party here the service was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend if you are having a small family gathering

We had an excellent meal and experience at Carrabba’s in the Parkway Place Mall. Our hostess (Katie) answered my question about the soup of the day, and had us seated with no wait. Everything was so good, we even decided to splurge and split the “Chocolate Dream” dessert!

We were shopping at the mall, this restaurant was next door to our favorite store. We went for late lunch, and we can not say enough good things about this restaurant, but I will give it a brief try.
We ordered the lamb tbones meal along with the stuffed pasta shells. We were given salad , bread, and dipping spiced olive oil. Our drinks arrived before the waiter left the table. (Great service) We received our stuffed shells and shared these. Oh, my yum. Then the lamb came, and we received 3 thick, perfectly cooked lamb tbones with mashed potatoes and broccoli. This was served with aju and was delicious. Needless to say, we had to take some home.
The waiter was just awesome,(Johnny was his name) and when he was told it was my birthday and that I wanted something chocolate and ooey gooey, they delivered a rich but not to rich chocolate desert, no charge. Best choice for a birthday meal.

All the wait staff was amazing and the food was beyond delicious! Our waiter who is pictured with me was spectacular, friendly and very observant. The manager I believe stopped by to check on us as well and he was very friendly, charismatic, and very proud of his staff.

I've been here twice. The first time I ordered an entree that was spicy shrimp and gluten free pasta. It was my birthday and I didn't want to complain at my birthday dinner that it didn't agree with me.
This visit was at lunch with family and I ordered the gluten free pasta in the lemony white sauce. It was excellent.

Food was so-so for the price, but our server was amazing and went above and beyond for us. I am willing to try it out again for that fact alone.

Our server was awesome and the food was amazing. Calamari and crab cakes weren't great, but the rest was superb. Will definitely eat there again.
