This staff members are very patient and fast service, don't hesitate to stop by thus store for amazing service, thank you to Ms Nicole and her great crew!!!

Nicole and the crew did me right yall...my food was freshly cooked and I know I was one of the last few customers to pull up before closing but the whole team said no child left behind or hungry and I was saved yall!!!

OMG, best Rally's I've been to. And I've been to a lot. The lady on headset was so sweet and kind. I got boneless Garlic Parmesan wings meal and upgraded my fries to loaded. I have never had fries soooo loaded before. I've had loaded, but it's usually skimpy. Not this one. They did such a good job, I couldn't even finish my meal, I go so full. I highly recommend this one.

Fast and accurate is what you should expect when eating out, and I received both. You can't ask for more than that!

This wasn't just bad customer service, it was disrespectful, not 1,2,3,4,or even the 5th time could I get a hello,please, thank you, or anything besides the total, I won't do a 6th visit.

Don't come here if you don't expect to get attitude in the drive thru, it's apart of the culture. Food is always great.

This place is great! I was stopped up for weeks, and then my doctor told me to eat at Rally's and that I would start feeling better. He was right! Not only does it taste good at a great price, this stuff really cleans you out!

hello my name is Angela I drive for Uber eats in my spare time it's great money I went to the Rally's in Belleville on West main or office main I walked up to the windowthey were getting slammed but the young lady helped me and not only did she give me the full order because it wasn't on my list I thought her honesty was so I Angela who drives for Uber eats gives the Rally's in Belleville a ten across the board

Very nice and friendly staff not impatient took my order had their covid precautions in effect card reader on a stick and bag sealed when handed to me with gloves

I go to Rallys alot my father in law loves them.The ladys know my voice so they know it's me before I get to the window. Ever single person knows me they are always so kind and courteous to. Keep up the good job Rallys in Belleville il.

I've had many great nights with friends grabbing a quick bite late at night. Expect a wait but quality comfort food.
