This place is amazing!!!!! This website is beautifully made and make it super easy to use. The store layout is always changing, which makes shopping so much more fun! She is always providing and creating new merchandise to chose from and the customer service is, and has always has been excellent.
Janelle, I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but don’t be difficult to small business owners who are doing great, unlike you.

The Unique and high-quality handmade jewelry is a fav of mine! Have pieces from years ago that still look great. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this business to anyone for the simple fact of lack of communication for a custom made tee shirt.
I supplied the shirt and it was agreed upon what I wanted on the shirt. A simple logo along with a leaf.
I constantly would check in for updates as weeks went by to only get the run around through text messages. “I’ll have it done by this weekend”. Two weeks later “I’ve been held up, I’ll have it sent it tomorrow. What’s your address?” Asked for tracking info then after paying via venmo because the “Shopify was having issues”. Never received tracking info and I asked for yet another update. I was then refunded via venmo but still never supplied with the tracking information or a update on my tee shirt.
This went on for a total of 4 months!!!!!

Supposedly the custom words got messed up, the owner tried to “replace the shirt” but that didn’t work. Then it became not worth it to fix her mistake because she “gave me a discount”. I never asked for a discount.
Mind you, I heard this from another source not even from the owner herself. She didn’t have the decency to reach out to tell me the truth on what happened, she was scared and it was easier for her to stop talking to me and block my phone number.
