The agent ( Rajan Sharma ) who runs this agency doesn't have any knowledge about the policies . He just run for the business . He does not provide required information and make void insurance policies that don't work while claiming it .
Worst insurance agenct that I have ever came across.

A man named RAJAN, a disgusting, rude creature! Not only does he not answer calls, he doesn’t answer the simplest questions, he charged extra, he didn’t send you the relevant documents, please don't take insurance from him!!!

I had a query about my insurance premimium. I called and left my name, number and reason for calling. Some with name RAJAN called back saying ,"I m Rajan, I am Rajan". I repeatly asked where you calling sir from. He was unprofessional , did not mention where and who he was. He had no sense to introduce himself . Was very rude and hung up on me. We poor customer service. Not helpful at all. Not worth buying service from this company.I called several times but no reponse.I wanted to renew my policy but I cancelled my policy for their unprofessional rude behavior by guy called RAJAN and moved to STATE FRAM. WARNING!very unprofessional people. DO NOT GO, stay away
