Tuscola Illinois Secretary of State Facility

The people are always friendly and nice. When you have a simple task, they do all they can to get you in and out quickly. We are equidistanty located between the Tuscola office and the Champaign office. We ALWAYS go to Tuscola for the services that they offer. Small towns ROCK! Today (a Saturday), the place was packed but I still got my plates & title done quickly. The word is out. They are good!

This DMV has such nice, friendly, efficient and helpful employees. I would absolutely recommend the Tuscola branch to anyone.

Friendly and efficient! First-time visitor today... Went there with two of my teenagers - one took the permit written test and the other took the road test. No wait - walked in the door straight to the counter and they processed everything super-fast. It's not my closest SoS facility, but the extra drive is worth the great service!

I had a great experience at the Tuscola office. The staff were nice and were very helpful. They treated all customers that I saw in the room with respect and helpful attitude. I drove to this office because they are much better staff than Champaign. I had to take a Road Test for the first time in my life due to age discrimination, and the ride examiner (Paula) was pleasant, and clear in directions of what was expected. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Talk about a breath of fresh air! These ladies are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! I don't recall ever getting through driver's license renewal as quickly as I did. Thank you to each of them.

When I entered the facility I was greeted with a friendly smile and “may I help you”. My needs were somewhat complicated as I needed to transfer and purchase new plates and also apply for the new security drivers license. The gentleman who served me handled all the documents required efficiently and explained the processes and costs to me clearly.
My experience was very professional and efficient.
This is definitely a five star facility.

I came in to renew my trailer sticker, was only in about 30/45 mins. The ladies took great care of me!

Living here in tolono in the oaks trailer park, it's better for me to go to tuscola.. I like the small town friendly people. And seems like you can get in and out easily....
