We had the best service. All questions were answered. Everything was explained in detail. I loved the fact that they even went above and beyond to show me how to set things up with the radio/seats/mirrors/ all things in settings. We feel we found new friends🤍. Their service department is top notch as well. That to me speaks volumes!

Blaine is very nice and informative, also caring!The day I test drove the car,he also drove mine.After he got in,I stepped back and triped over the parking bumper and fell.As I was getting myself back over on the north side of the bumper he looked out the window and thought I had sat down to wait.He rolled down the window and informed me I could wait inside.I told him I had fallen and he jumped out of the car and ask if I was alright?I said I was fine and ask if they might have a first aid kit?He said to go inside and they would take care of me!I had scraped my elbow and it was bleeding. They did not have a first aid kit but had some wipes,antibiotic cream and a large bandaid.She cleaned the scrape and put ointment and bandaid on.Told me if I needed anything to let them know!Logan is a great finance provider! The whole Brauneker team is awesome!Love my new Buick Envista!

One of the smoothest transactions I've ever experienced. I live about 3 hours from the dealership. The deal was negotiated via text message. Kevin got all the paperwork rolling the next morning. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had set an apointment for service in advance. When I showed up for my appointment they took my vehicle right in, no waiting. The scheduled time to do the work was less than an hour and they were done in 40 minutes. Great experience, friendly staff, and a clean well organized shop.

What a great experience! I bought a new GMC Yukon and was driving across the country when my check engine light came on. I found I was only a few miles from Russ Braunecker so I stopped to see what was wrong. From the start Austin was easy to work with and scanned my vehicle and started the diagnosis right away. He ordered the part overnight from Chicago and it was installed the next morning. Amazing experience and I am so thankful they worked me into the schedule. I was able to make it home for Christmas because of Austin and his team!

Not only did they address my concerns, schedule me in quickly, they were able to figure out the root of the problem and fix it with no issues!
