I first came here one year ago and I’ll never go anywhere else. I love this place! Kelly H. is the best! I always feel terrible for Kelly because I have very long, thick, hair, but she’s incredibly patient and kind. She’s also done my 9-yr old’s hair (who also loves her, btw). Every time I leave the shop, I feel like a million bucks!

Great service! Gabby is AMAZING!!! She always discusses the process & payment with me before she begins, which I really appreciate! I always leave happy & feeling great! She has done diff types of color techniques, haircut, blowout, & hair treatments. When she is out of town, order stylists have done my hair & also have done a great job! I def recommend Scissorhands- they are all very talented!

I had a wedding this past weekend. I called for an early morning appointment the day before and they gave me Jen for 9:30. I told them she would have to be quick because I had to be downtown early. This was because the itinerary had been changes. I was nervous about this short notice. Anyhow, Jen worked quickly and efficiently. I thew in a haircut which I had not asked for that service when I made my appointment and she did not mind at all. She was very pleasant. She cut, styled and molded my hair and fixed my hair piece in so it would hold for the whole day and evening. She did a great job and got me out of the salon in 35 minutes. I was so grateful! Now after the wedding (and I received many compliments on my hair) I am left with a very nice haircut! Thank you Jen for your good service.

On several other occasions I had stylist at the same salon named Jayne color and cut my hair and the color came out exactly as I would have it and she cut my hair beautifully as well. Jayne (not sure about spelling) is also of very nice person and pleasant as she does your hair. So now I don't know what to do when I go in because I like both stylists equally so booking will be hard and I don't want the other stylist to think I prefer one over the other because they are both excellent!

Stacey is AMAZING!!!!!!! I have been getting highlights from her for over 6 years now and I won’t go to anyone else!!!!! She is so professional and always does a fabulous job!! I have had my sisters and friends get their haircuts and hair coloring from her too and everyone thanked me for recommending with her!! Thank you Stacey!!!!!

Jenny Stephens was amazing. She gets my hair right every time I go in there. The staff is so friendly. Jenny Stevens sister Betsy who is the weekend reception went out for us to get me a flower for my hair on my wedding day and made my wedding day just a little more wonderful.

Scissor Hands is hidden gem! I've only been here a few times to date, but every time I leave with a huge smile on my face. Everyone here is so friendly, the salon itself is clean and relaxing. Jen gave me a solid haircut and style years ago when I was growing out my hair. Staci blessed me with some beautiful blonde highlights. Gabby knocked it out of the park yesterday with the haircut and style she gave me! I'm thrilled to have found this place and can't recommend them enough.

I give 5 stars not only for their professionalism but because is one of the few places where you will get an appointment that is not going to be 2 months ahead. They don't have the Diva attitude and I was very happy with the results. I had a balayage and my son his first highlights.

I have tried numerous “budget friendly” salons but was not very satisfied. Then I went to a high-end salon but the drive and cost was difficult to maintain. Finally, I found Scissorhands which has great staff from the receptionist to every stylist I’ve came across. Stacy has been doing my hair for a while now and the hair cut is beautiful. Most importantly, my hair actually ends up looking better than I expect! You definitely get what you pay for and I love coming here because I am certain that I will leave feeling great. I get a dark balayage in the fall and lighten it up in the spring: the results are incredible EVERY TIME. Fantastic customer service, convenient location (with parking) and quality work!

No one "gets" my hair like Karyn! My hair can best be described as "combo". The bottom part is curly and the top is straight, which makes it a challenge for me to style. She makes it look great! I've been going to her for years; I know I can always rely on her to give me a fantastic style & cut.

Absolutely amazing, engaging and professional! I got to have Kelly do my hair and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. Matter of fact everyone that I got to engage with while being there was very nice. Their website is easy to navigate and allows you to set appointments which is so nice because it shows you the openings. Loved my results as well will be going back to get some color done!!!

Drove by and saw the sign! So happy I stopped! Jayne was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. I love my hair. Went from blah to cute and fun. Definitely coming back!

I have been getting my hair done by Dee for many years and have always walked away being super happy! She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You will not be disappointed if you book your next appointment with Dee!

This was my 2nd visit , and I was happy that I found Tammi !
That may sound stupid but I've been trying to find someone to cut my hair with a scissors and not a clipper (guide is too short)
for over a year !
None of the mens shops use scissors and they wanted to be paid in cash.
They all had ATMs in their shops.
Tammi is a professional and a very friendly person.
I hope neither her nor I ever move.

My first visit to Scissorhands was wonderful! The stylist Christina was delightful! She styled my hair just the way I requested and I love my hairstyle. Christina will be my stylist from now on!!

I've been going here for about a year I go to a stylist named Cyd the place is immaculate prices are reasonable and you're in and out in no time!everyone is so nice so kind great job on the hair colors highlights great job they do waxing and makeup you'll really love this place nice neighborhood little gem! Parking could be the only issue but just wait a second because somebody will pull out for you to get it.

I don't understand the haters..my girls & I love this place. All of the stylists are knowledgable, but my picky kids have each found their faves in Gabby & Jayne. They're always kind and my girls and I are always very pleased with their cuts.
