Went in for computer repair. I truly appreciated the honesty in all the staff we encountered today. They may have saved us thousands of dollars!

The Wed before black Friday I went into best buy to see what televisions would be on sale. To my surprise they were already at black Friday prices. I need to know the width of the legs of the tv to make sure it would work of the table I would be setting it. An associate looked it up for my, carried it to check out, and after I pulled my car to the door he carried it and put it in my car. Now that is great service. Thank you for making my day.

We went in to look at gaming stuff today, there was a nice collection of gaming stuff for all consoles and also keyboards and headsets.

I had a sales rep, and a stock person help me locate the t.v. that I was looking for, confirm the sale price, and explain why the series 5 was better than the crystal series.

It's been over two decades since I've been in a Best buy with a vehicle audio department, what a nice trip down nostalgia lane.

On a practical note though, I remember how on point they were back in the day... So I only assume the same level of service has continued all of these years, and I now have a competent place to go get upgrades for my car audio. 💪

They had the exact computer speakers my son was looking for. The staff was very friendly.

The people here are friendly and knowledgeable, even sharing personal recommendations.

Thank you to Brian from the Geek Squad and his lovely sidekick at the Verizon counter that sadly I forgot her name. My phone fried on vacation in Disney and I needed to get a new one on Mother's Day today, the day after we got back. After best buy support mistakenly told me I could get my Google Pixel 5a diagnosed at the Peoria location and when I got all the way there was told they could not do that. Obviously I was mad because I repeatedly asked support if they were sure because I didn't want to waste a trip out there. However, Brian was incredibly accommodating and helped me to get a newer Pixel 6a at a very reasonable price. The lovely lady at the Verizon counter was very helpful as well in getting my phone transferred over. We chatted about Disney while everything transferred and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the day after vacation and mother's day a little easier for me and I so appreciate that. Thank you thank you thank you for being so helpful and accommodating! I truly will not forget it.

Wanted to get a tablet for my wife and the people in the computer department was too busy doing nothing and the person in the TV department took care of us. He told us that we needed to go to the Computer department and I told him that they didn’t want to come over and he said OK I’ll help you.

I knew what I wanted and asked a sales associate. They got it for me right away and checked me out. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This was 2 days before Christmas.

Ordered an item online, was ready quickly and no hassle picking it up.

I went to Best buy to honor my warranty on my Kindle fire for my son Michael didn't have any problem exchanging it for a new one I also upgraded because they was on sale which gave me a larger screen without having to pay any extra money the service was excellent

The item I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf where it was supposed to be, the computers said they had one…. the employee that was helping me was determined to find the item. Staff was a great help!!
