Christ Lutheran Church

One of the oldest food pantries in the Albany Park Community, remember being 6 or 7 and being so happy to get food from here. This was back when they used to let people in through the basement want to say 1994. Thank you so much christ lutheran for helping the community as you have been doing for over 20 years

Caring loving congregation came out after the service ready to conquer the world ! Gave mehope that maybe there will be a day when we all can be at peace

Just a great place to attend church with good people. An amazing historic building with well over 100 years of worship behind it. Covid-19 safety protocols in place but still a substantial number of attendees each Sunday. No coffee hour... Meet afterward outside. Very effective pastor with a message or responsibility and redemption. ELCA church welcomes everyone.

Need more service's and youth group

I went here for a blood drive to donate. It was the worst experience of blatant prejudice while waiting in line. I kept getting
pushed back because it was because of my ethnicity or the people there have never seen someone like me at that church. I grew up in Albany park and went to school in grammar school till high school. It just amazes me that this goes on the in the most diverse neighborhood.
