Chelsie, was exceptional! She stayed with me on the phone, while I tried to remove the "red lock" on my unit. She was most helpful. Even though we could not get the lock removed. She arranged to have someone from Property Management, come to my unit on Monday to get the lock removed. She is a wonderful agent! Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable ! Steve Ferrill

Shaneil was a great help today and provided super customer service! She was able to answer questions, assist with securing an additional storage unit, take payment and setup up Auto-Pay for our 2 units! She has a pleasant personality. Shaneil knows her job and appears to be a well versed employee for SpareBox Storage! She's a keeper!

I've called and talked to at least 8 different customer support agents. TAMOYA was by far the best one and she actually helped me get everything ordered.

I’ve had a few different storage units. Got to say this place ain’t bad on prices. I have a 10 x 10 heated unit. Let’s just say the price is fair.
