I have been with Allstate for over 15 years and have loved the company, but this has been the worst agent I’ve ever had. Terrible communication, never answer calls. Wish I had my old agent back.

Since taking over for Travis I have had to do multiple follow ups and requests just to get a response. Ended up working with Holli that did a great job at communicating. Now I am trying to get a certificate of compliance filed due to an accident and can not even get a response by email or phone. Currently just dealing with the provider directly and shopping for new insurance.
