I cannot fully convey how grateful we are for the owner, Ron, at Cooks. He helped us last night with a serious radiator issue. This was after the store closed. He is the kindest man, and his store carried exactly what we needed for a temporary fix. It’s so heartwarming to know there are still great people in this world! Ron, this one is for you. And I will also say, Pellston is a very small community, but we had 4 people stop to see if they could help us in any way. Small town America wins!

Cooks has everything you need including great service and very friendly hometown people. Dylan and Ron are always there to help you find anything you need and give advice if there is something you don’t know. Best hardware store around!

New to the area and this place is amazing I have been in for multiple plumbing needs and they have fulfilled them all ! Prices are even better then Lowe’s. There staff have also been very helpful and full of knowledge to guide me through my project , if you need a spare tire, car parts, plumbing electrical household etc these guys have a little bit of everything!

I have stopped by here several times, looking for a wide range of parts. The staff members are always friendly, and helpful with my needs. They have a huge selection of parts, and their prices are very reasonable.

I adore this cute little hardware store that has everything you need in the pretty little town of Pellston. The gentleman was not only friendly but knew exactly what I needed and where it was was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
