I love this doctors office I used to see Rebecca Jaques who moved but I now see a different doctor there and have seen the two main care providers and I love them. I've never had an issue with any nurse doctor or receptionist there. They are great and great with my kids, when they go with me.

I used to like my nurse practitioner.. but then she left the practice and I was left with the nurse practitioner that only wanted to listen to her self.. wanted to take me off meds that I’ve been on for years. Just wanted to do it her own way. I don’t need to say who she is I’m sure she has other complaints.. glad to leave and find more experienced doctors or nurse practitioners.

The nurses are great! They the best thing about this practice. the doctors on the other hand. They don't listen to your concern. They will run 1 test and tell you nothing is wrong with you. Seriously I hate coming into this office.

Getting in with this office, I should have seen the red flags. We submitted our documents, and they said they'd call us within 2 weeks when they were ready to schedule. 4 different new patients, they didn't follow up on any of them. We contacted them after 3 weeks or so and they were ready to schedule. My family has had 3 appointments here. They gave us cards as reminders, and I marked it in my calendar on my phone so it would remind me, as I have done with all other appointments. 2 out of the 3 appointments we had, they told us we came in at the wrong time. One time they had listed is definitely not a time I would have said yes to scheduling. They must have put it in their system wrong at the time we scheduled them. One appointment was for my wife - and they made accommodations, and got her in quickly to make up for what they told us was our mistake (it wasn't). The other was for my stepdaughter, who is now overdue for her 3-year physical, and they won't reschedule because they hadn't seen her before. I really liked Dr. A from the time I saw him with my wife, and I liked how conveniently located it is, especially since we were without solid transportation, but if the receptionists can't even do their job right, how can I trust the competency of the other staff there?

Doctor Andrecyk is the worst doctor I've ever had. He absolutely does not listen, interrupts you when your speaking and just straight up seems like he doesn't care. We will look at your problems at the bare minimum surface level and move along because he can't be bothered to actually be helpful. Do yourself a favor and find a different PCP.

I've had 6 doctors over my 30yrs on this Earth some great some not so much. Ive had 3 back surgerys, a hip surgery and one heart surgery. I Have never written a review online for ANYTHING but I felt like people really need to know the deplorable acts going on at the Hilltop Family Practice. Ive personally went to the establishment for 3 months to see Dr Gregory Andrecyk MD. I went in for chronic pain and insomnia. Told him I want no addictive opiates and he put me on antidepressants to combat my depression due to chronic pain. Sadly it was the most disturbing decision I've made in my life. Not only did the medicine cause the opposite effect (which can be expected due to everyone's different makeup which can cause an array of side effects) It was what they did to "fix" the problem that was clearly a heinous act. I called the office multiple times balling my eyes out letting them know something was wrong they said stop taking the meds immediately. Then promptly informed me you should go to a pain clinic or a mental health rehab, which will take at least 3 calendar months to even get the ball rolling in treatment.Or they stated simply call 911 if you feel suicidal. They didn't want to help their patient. Instead they tried to make me someone else's problem. The icing on the cake was to finally inform their suicidal patient (whom had no prior history of suicidal tendencies) they won't see me anymore, just to sweep me under the rug and make me feel like im the one doing something wrong to boot. The clinic told me to drop the meds and go somewhere else that'll take months to help fix my issue they started. If your looking for a well rounded Drs office that cares about their patients and their wellbeing, which btw should be every Drs office, THIS is not where you should go. 3 stars before my review of 1!? There's obviously an issue from the top down with this place save you time effort and money, don't get yourself hurt just go elsewhere. If I could give a lower score but I can't. I need to reiterate how the place couldn possibly be detrimental to your health

Currently will refuse to see any patient with a cough. The cause of it doesn't matter. They have no protocols to deal with suspected COVID patients, and basically won't deal with any patients because of that. Avoid at all costs. Go to a real medical facility where they actually practice.

I was a patient there. You wait a long time in the office. No one is ever in the waiting room. Go for a physical it is not throughout one. Check throat, ears andblood preasure. Not happy. Never can get in on asick call

Dr. A has problems diagnosing patients. I recommend thinking twice before anyone going here. I went to see them last year with symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome and he recommended exercise. I went back last week complaining that the problem with my legs had gotten worse. The normal procedure with this ailment is to check Iron levels to make sure there isn't an iron deficiency. No iron test was preformed as he stated my symptoms didn't require it. I have suffered with restless leg syndrome for years and Iron testing is standard procedure. Be forewarned this is a dangerous way of dealing with client ailments.
