Forever Family Dental of New Lenox

I had an emergent issue I needed addressed for my toddler. I called 10 minutes before their office was set to close on a Monday and was scheduled for 8am Tuesday morning. The office was clean and I was very impressed with how thorough the dentist was. It was our first visit as we are from 40 minutes away but we liked the office and the staff so we have a regular check up scheduled for my toddler later this summer. Worth the drive in my opinion!

Let me start out by saying I have had nothing but bad experiences throughout most of my life at the dentist. Had a dentist that was rough, one who told me I needed a ton of work to have another tell me I don't and the list goes on. Because my last experience was awful I have put off going to the dentist for around 5 years. I knew it was time to head back. I read countless reviews at a ton of dentists in the surrounding area and this practice stood out to me the most so I gave it a shot. I am so happy I did! Everyone here is welcoming, informative, and gentle! I finally feel like I found the place that fits all my needs not to mention eases my anxiety. Dr. Botica is amazing. I appreciated how she did not make me feel bad about my dental hiatus or the work I needed done. The dental hygienist was also fantastic. She was very gentle and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. I would highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs.

Dr. Botica has been very thorough and caring with my dental health. She will always discuss any issues found during your check up and give her suggestions on treatment. Recently had a crown put in at the office & it went smooth as possible. The supporting staff is always pleasant and willing to help with any questions you might have.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had. Dr. Botica is full of knowledge and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She truly made me feel like she was on my side with my care. I went in nervous for my root canal and came out a forever patient.

Recently started going to Forever Family Dental as my life-long dentist stopped taking my new insurance. It took me a while to finally decide to come here - but I am so happy I did. The experience has been great, from the front desk to the hygienist and the Dentist, they are all wonderful. Staff at Forever Family Dental took great care of me today. They fixed a crown that had fallen out. Dr Botica is always very thorough when explaining options. I would highly recommend this office.

I had to get 4 teeth removed. I was so nervous before the procedure. My blood pressure was up. The doctor talked to me during my procedure and no pain. She is so gentle. I’m so glad I saw her. Thank you Renee for keeping me company and assisting Dr Botica. You are good at your job!

I had a toothache the day before my vacation, Forever Family Dental in New Lenox was closed. The voicemail was responded to very promptly by Dr Botica and she addressed the issue right away. Not every professional service is this prompt and/or caring. My heartfelt thanks to Dr Botica.

Dr.Botica and her team are the best! Service is always friendly and professional. Any questions you have, Dr. Botica will take the time to explain your procedure step by step. The team cares about your comfort right down to letting you pick the music you want to hear. I’ve had fillings, crowns and an implant and Dr. Botica does beautiful work!

I had an emergency and was able to get in the same day. The staff were very friendly and Dr Botica was able to fix me up same day! It was nice not having to go back for follow-up visits with all the state of the art equipment. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Botica is the kindest, most thoughtful dentist I have ever been to. She treats each patient like they are a family member and really takes the time to explain things and understand the needs of each patient. I am so glad we found her and will tell everyone I know how great she is!!!

There is no judgment or shaming in this dental practice! What you will experience is an intellegent, personable dentist, who works with her staff to ensure both a pleasant patient experience and a "perfectionist approach" to the dental work provided by Dr. Botica and her staff.

My 1st visit for cleaning & check up with Forever Family Dental was a great experience from start to finish! My hygienist Jameka did a fantastic job of explaining everything. Her professional manner and pleasant personality made this a wonderful visit! Dr Botica was very thorough in her review of my exam. Very professional and feel confident I will keep coming here for my oral exams and cleanings! Great team!

I'm 77 yrs. on this planet and Dr.Courtney Botica is the best Dentist I have ever had! She is always concerned about not causing me any pain, even with pulling teeth. And my teeth were a mess. I'm greatful for the ones she has saved.

I was referred to Forever Family Dental by a friend. What a great referral. Everyone there is very friendly and educated with state of the art equipment. Everything is clean and sanitized. I think I have a forever dentist with Dr Botica. AAAA++++

This is the first dentist I have been to that I am not afraid to go back to after treatment. I never feel the shots to numb my mouth and the staff is very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who does not like going to the dentist. They are the first dentist that I am very comfortable with.

Love, love, love this place! I needed to find a new dentist because my former dentist was no longer in-network. First visit for a cleaning was fantastic! Jameka, the hygienist, was gentle and thorough. Dr. Botica was knowledgeable and takes her time with each patient, answering any questions/concerns. And the receptionist was delightful, as well. Highly recommend this place.
