Paradigm Plumbing, Heating & A/C - Hooksett

Simply tremendous company. I got quotes for a new boiler from several other more well known companies. Paradigm didn't just beat the price they crushed it. The techs that came out to install it ( Issac and Sam ) were amazing. They came on time and were professional. They answered all of my questions. When they were coming out to do the inspection with the fire chief I was given a two hour window ( 2 - 4 ). They called me to let me know they would be coming at 230...the other company I used to use didn't call me and showed up late all the time. These guys are absolutely the best. Just had them install a new toilet for me as well and again amazing service and kind people. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK.

Paradigm was a complete pleasure to work with, throughout the whole process of installing my brand new Viessmann gas boiler. They are very reliable, reasonably priced, and perform excellent work. Sent Paradigm an email explaining our water tank problem and within a couple hours, Tyler called me back and got me on the schedule! (I appreciate anyone who gives me their direct extension to bypass a phone system!) Within a couple business days, Eli gave us a ring to let us know he was on his way with an ETA which was awesome. Pleasantly surprised that it was within their original time frame- at no fault of theirs, I understand how these projects can go and would’ve totally understood if a job earlier in the day held them up but there he was! He was so polite and did an excellent job… we live in an 1870s farmhouse with a cellar that looks like it’s from the 1870s. By the time Eli took off, you couldn’t even tell he had been here at all! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for plumbing or heating work.

Always have a great experience with Paradigm but just a few days before Christmas I had no hot water.
Called to set up appointment and Julie went out of her way to fit me in.
Ryan arrived two days before Christmas and was absolutely amazing in finding the issue and get me set up with hot water before he left!!!!

I cannot say enough nice things about the crew at Paradigm Pluming and Heating. We recently purchased a home in NH, and needed several things done: a gas-line extension and dryer hookup; a transfer switch; an additional mini-split. Working with Paradigm has been great at every step. Fair, accurate estimates. On time for work. All the skills needed in one shop. Familiar with local code officials. Genuinely nice, knowledgeable folks. Eric, Craig, Julie, Cindy, Matt, Steve, Noah and Dan - just a pleasure to work with them.

I called Paradigm in the late afternoon when I realized my central air had stopped working. After requesting emergency service, the technician was at my house an hour later and within 2 hours of him being here, my central air was fully operational again. Very impressed with both the timeliness and quality of service

Great service in the office and in the field. Jarrod in the office was patient with my multiple phone calls and questions. Had an excellent appointment to discuss my heating options and learned of the electrician services at the same time. Craig and his team did an awesome job with a spaghetti bowl of electrical wires in an outdated panel box. I was very happy with the entire project from estimate to completion. Every one on the Paradigm Team was polite, kind, and professional. I will be using them for my heating upgrade as well as some plumbing issues. Thanks everyone!!

During the recent freeze, I discovered that my furnace was not working and I had no water in the kitchen. I called the night service at 6:30 am and within three minutes (not a typo), Jim called me back. By 10 am Dan was at my house, and by 10:30 all was fixed. Very amazing service. I have used Paradigm for years and will recommend them to anybody. OUTSTANDING service, very professional and really good folks.

After dealing with a nightmare company that almost took my for thousands of dollars for no reason at all other then to be vampires, Paradigm sent me a complete godsent, my family and I were about to give up all hope of ever having hot water ever in this lifetime.

Noah came by and leveled with us, gave us no promises and exceeded every expectation! Went on a limb and didn't back down from the challenge.

He didn't try to pull a fast one and didn't make the same excuses that others did. He was able to evaluate the situation, you didn't have to ask him twice, he didn't waste a single moment more of our time, he jumped right into it did the right things and was excellent 👌🏾.

We live in a rental, and our property company chose Paradigm to come out and fix our boiler after 3 weeks of no hot water. Jeremy was great, super open to let us know what he was doing and what to do if the issue persists. Very knowlegeable and personable.

Steve and his staff did everything they could to be sure my mother wasn't taken advantage of by another company. They did the long gruesome hard work of chasing a warranty and put up with my attitude (thanks guys) while I was trying to figure out all of this from out of state. We fixed it all and I would absolutely recommend them. They went above and beyond and deserve way more than this review of gratitude and thanks.

We had been thinking of replacing our heating and air conditioning system and called paradigm. Eric came over and explained the options that are available today and answered all our questions with no high pressure sales. We decided to go with paradigm and three weeks later Isaac, Cameron and Craig arrived around 8am. In know time our old furnace was outside and the new one was downstairs. It was obvious this team was well trained and worked together very well. Late afternoon Isaac reviewed the new equipment with me and answered my questions. Looking at the system you could tell they took pride in their work. Everyone at paradigm was great to work with. Paradigm provided a great product with an excellent installation in a timely manner at a fair price!

Doing a second review here... the main work I had paradigm do was a gas line installation for a gas dryer, and a transfer switch. I also had them do the gas dryer hookup, including NG to LP conversion.

This proved to be much more involved than expected and the tech spent 3 hours making sure everything was done, and done right. The kind of integrity and customer care one hopes for, but rarely finds.

I think Paradigm is awesome, and am looking forward to the mini split installation they're doing next week.

Before I start, note that this review is coming from a fairly minor service. As such, it doesn't reflect a "high caliber" item that may come with more difficulties, complications, complexities, etc. This is NOT to devalue the service itself, but I imagine an entire system installation is more involved than a regular maintenance.

I recently called upon Paradigm Plumbing and Heating knowing one of my great friends is actually their HR Manager. My wife and I moved into our new house in Goffstown, NH a couple weeks ago and we know our boiler hadn't been serviced for a couple years. We needed to call someone in to see if we could continue using it for a bit, or if it was a time bomb.

Our technician, Ed, called early on the day of service and actually got out a little earlier than anticipated (I'm up at 5:30 AM any given day anyway, works great for me). He was punctual, respectful, had a great sense of humor, not for nothing, and took care of all the little items our boiler needed.

The bill ended up being incredibly reasonable, but to be fair we lucked out that the boiler was still in great shape for its age.

I was very happy with the service provided by Ed and Paradigm. Even though this was a more run-of-the-mill service, what this shows me is the standard Paradigm provides. Word is Goffstown may be converting our street to natural gas. If they are, I would not hesitate to call on Paradigm for the system installation if Ed is representative of the services they provide!

I have used Paradigm for all my plumbing needs for several years now. They have always been responsive, on time, and have performed good work. Last winter I needed to replace my combi boiler heating system. Needless to say this is a major purchase so I decided to see if Paradigm would quote it.

Eric from Paradigm helped me spec out a new system, explaining the pros and cons of a combi boiler vs a tankless boiler with an indirect tank. Ultimately, that is what we decided to go with. The system chosen was a Viessmann Vitodens 100 with a 42 gallon Vitocell indirect tank.

Despite the acute supply chain shortages in 2022, Paradigm was able to install the system about a week after providing a deposit. Jim kept me informed of their progress via text and email and answered all of my questions promptly. Isaac led the installation and was prompt, courteous, and extremely neat. The install does take 2 days so bear that in mind if you do an installation in the winter.

The system has been running since mid January of 2022, and has performed well. One of the things I like most is that the boiler is Wifi enabled and can connect to the Viessmann app where you can see your gas consumption over each day, week, month and year, as well and other parameters of the boiler such as the heating curve, and also if the boiler requires maintenance (haven't seen this work yet). It makes it easy to see how the system performs over time. My only criticism is that I would have liked to have someone help optimize the heating curve to get the most out of the condensing boiler.

After the install was complete, I received follow up correspondence from the Paradigm office and from the owner, Steve, to ensure that I was happy with the system and thanking me for the business. This was definitely not expected and shows the superior customer service this company provides. They are not the cheapest plumbers, but they're also not outrageously expensive and I have never had to call them back to fix their work. And for a system that I hope will last the next 20 years, I'd rather pay a skilled professional over simply the lowest bidder anyway.

Paradigm was highly recommended by Jeff Bradley at Indoor Doctor. My experience with Jeff was exceptional so I called Paradigm for HVAC and electrical repair. My first contact at Paradigm was with Jim Briere, who helped with clarifying my needs and scheduling. The techs who performed the services, Craig, Isaac and Cameron, were on time, responsive, customer focused and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. My thanks to the Paradigm team, you exceeded my expectations!

We have had Paradigm do work at our home on several occasions. The most recent was right before Christmas when we needed to install a second bathroom very quickly to prepare for the unexpected early arrival of our Vietnamese exchange student! Paradigm worked with us to get the job done prior to his arrival, helped us with permitting, and worked within our budget. The gentleman they sent to do the work was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job and we were so pleased with the results. Also, we were so appreciative for Steve Labbe's great communication, answering our questions and responding to our phone calls. We have a Burnham alpine boiler. It stopped working in mid winter a few years ago. We had an emergency and I called Paradigm. They were very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. They now service the boiler yearly and we will call on them for all our plumbing and heating issues. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
