Ocean State Job Lot

Absolute go to for housewares and gifts, snacks from around the world fun to see what's new and unusual and also the usual staples like Bob's Red Mill products and seasonal items. Makes this a great place to shop all year long!

Huge fan of Ocean state job lots. Tons if useful things...Attention Artists.... Strathmore paper pads are usually cheaper than craft stores. Water color, mixed media, and sketch paper. I also like the canvases.... though when Michael's value packs go on sale or when Michales does the buy one get one free on art pads. I'd go with those..Sometimes they have other name brand art supplies. They also German chocolate bars and candy, which I have a hard time finding other places. Lastly, they carry European versions of popular body care products, which have less junk in them due to European standards.

Many good deals and surprising variety at amazingly low prices. Recently added lots of new food choices

Unfortunately, sometimes difficult to find the price tags, which are inconsistently placed: look on the items or shelves or nearby items or nearby shelves or behind items.

I have been to many Ocean State Job Lots, but this is the only one with an ACTUAL view of the ocean. I should mention, in order to get the ocean into clear view, I used a Celestron NexStar 8SE Telescope I picked up at a garage sale in Poughkeepsie {while visiting my dying Aunt Gladys}.

Oh wait.....my wife is now informing me that is not the ocean. It's the Merrimack River. Nevermind.

They have a wide variety of merchandise and low prices recommend them to anybody

Such a dangerous store to walk in for me!!! I love to shop and spent $140.00 the other day accidentally. I went in for two specific items and found everything i needed for the summer to come and other items that i have on a list but haven't found in other stores so it remains on my list lol. The cashier and another employee while cashing out were very friendly and able to add humor in a comical conversation with them and my 8 year old. I have only been here and its been awhile but this will now become a regular store for me instead of multiple stores chances are u can get it all here in one stop. Even consider applying here for a part time job while i attend school again.

I've been to a couple of Job Lots around the area. They are all great, this one included. Friendly staff, good products, and fair prices.

Cool place for items needed around the house.

I love job lots! They have just about everything you need or want there!!! They have increased the food sections. One of my favorites to go through! If you haven't been there yet nows your chance. Go once you won't be sorry. You'll be going back often!!

Affordable pricing, large selection and friendly staff. I always find awesome deals here. It's a great alternative to big box stores.

Their sales and "crazy deals can't be beat. They feature quality items at clearance pricing. There are always new products cvoming in so it is like shopping a new store every time.

Inside it looks a little dated, but clean, and sometimes can be slightly disorganized, but totally make up for that, with their product selection and pricing.

They offer everything from housewares to furniture, food, seasonal items, clothing, shoes and toys. Totally worth checking out.

Great place to shop! Fun to browse. Lots of discounts from spices, tea , snacks to rugs, pool supplies and pet supplies. I love shopping at Ocean State Job Lots. My number one go to store! No cold food items but there is is alot more of everything else!

Membership store similar to Costco. Good selection, great, friendly employees, and good prices. I was buying snacks for a conference and got everything I needed in one stop. Highly recommended! Give it a try!

Great prices in every dept. Nice store to just 'poke around' at.

We needed tarps for my son's school to waterproof their forts for the winter. Great quality, easy to find and decent price.

This is a crazy place. A cross between a dollar store and Wal-Mart.

Low prices and good selection. It's incredible that they can fit such a wide variety of products into one little store. Oddly enough, they have a whole bunch of organic food choices, which is great! Also, they are one of the first in the area to accept Android Pay. Will definitely shop here regularly.

Always a great place to find just about anything. They always stock a wide variety of general goods and foods, but like all "odd lot" buyers, they also have wacky and/or wonderful and/or odd-ball items available at terrific prices. It's entertaining just to give it a thorough walk-through every couple of weeks! Friendly staff, and their ads offer"bonus buys" where in, if you buy a certain item for x dollars, they give you back a percentage of that price in the form of a gift card. Sometimes the gift card is 100% of what you paid!
