The Oaks at Belmont

My sister spent her final 3 years surrounded by the loving, caring, totally awesome staff of The Oaks at Belmont. Cannot say enough good about this place - not your typical retirement/nursing home! Constant activities available; restaurant-quality food and dining room atmosphere; staff is always willing to spend time with residents and guests. Their specialty is treating seniors with the dignity and love they deserve!

This place is the BEST facility around! My Mom is there for rehab and I cannot say enough good things about The Oaks! The staff, the food, the care etc. I want to give a big shout out to Erin Chapko, she has been amazing to work with, from the moment Mom checked in to when she checked out! Erin was so fast to respond to all my questions (I had a lot). Thank you to The Oaks at Belmont for making this stay for Mom so nice! I wish I could list everyone’s names that were so helpful but that would take up the whole page.

The Oaks at Belmont is a beautiful place to work and stay. The staff works very hard to deliver exemplary care. Excellent nursing care for rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care patients. Physical therapy, occupational, and speech therapy for recovery after hospital visits. The kitchen staff provides nutritious meals that tastes great too. Many activities are provided to make it fun and engaging. I would recommend this place as a great place to work as well as a wonderful place to recover from an injury or stay long term. Beyond average!

My mother-in-law had been in and out a few times for rehab and respite then finally a stay in skilled care. In a short time we experienced many of the service the Oaks at Belmont offered. It was very up to date. The staff to the person were very pleasant and compassionate from administration to food service and all in-between. It was an excellent experience for us. I can’t say we checked a lot of other places out but I can say the Oaks was everything we wanted for my mother-in -law.

My husband enjoys his time at the Oaks. He has made such great friends with patients, nurses, aids and office workers. He enjoys most all of the food and looks forward to actives, and outings. I enjoy going to see him and being in such a clean well kept facility. It is so nice to sit at a table and enjoy a beverage and visit. Friday Happy Hour are a fun time. The Oaks of Belmont is the best home away from home.

I love working at the Oaks at Belmont. I have been a part of this fantastic team since the building opened in March 2021. Everyone who works here has a passion for what they do, and it can be seen on their smiling faces daily. The level of care that is provided for the residents and staff is above and beyond anything I have experienced at other facilities I've worked at or visited. I am blessed to be a part of a team that can make an impact on someone everyday.

My sister is doing rehab for a broken leg. The Oaks at Belmont is beautiful, clean, and above all well staffed. She is delighted with the genuinely personal care she has received, and we, as family members, are delighted with the good attitudes, communication and professionalism of staff.

From the monthly staff appreciation gatherings, great resident interactions both within the facility and in the community and the opportunities for growth and advancement available for the staff, Trilogy is THE BEST company to work for! The Oaks at Belmont has a caring staff who are always willing to pitch in and do what is needed to get the job done and ensure our residents receive the top notch care they deserve!

This is the most elegant Nursing facility in Belmont, MI. The staff is so caring, so professional, so nice. They do a wonderful job here, everyone. The Nursing staff, the CNAs, their Pt and OT is excellent. The rooms for patients and residents are beautiful, their dining room and staff, well 2 thumbs up. The food is so delicious, my mom absolutely loved this place and I sure appreciate how they took care of her. She loved it, Thank you Oak of Belmont. I recommend that if you have to choose a place, for your loved one choose this one. The social worker there and financial support were awesome. 🙂👍❤💯

Oh where to start? I have never been in a facility that is so friendly and really cares for the residents. They really work with families and their needs. The campus is absolutely beautiful has many activities to keep everyone busy. The staff are really amazing. Keep up the fantastic job!

I have worked closely with this facility for a year as the medical director. I have really been impressed by the staff and the quality of nursing care that they provide. Nursing care and rehab services are top notch and that is why I highly recommend this facility to colleagues and patients. Keep up the good work Oaks at Belmont!

My husband was at The Oaks at Belmont from 12/24/21-2/3/22. Everyone from the nurses, technicians, recreational specialists, and physical and occupational therapist, to the food service, housekeeping and maintenance were kind and caring. A special shout out to all the physical and occupational therapist and techs especially Pete and Maria! They were especially amazing! We would definitely recommend The Oaks at Belmont!

It's the best place in the greater Grand rapids area. I had to make a difficult decision. I made the right one with the oaks. Living out of town, they keep me informed and take care of the small thing. Their super helpful and take great care of my mom. Just visiting it is a dream compared to some of the facilities you have to choose from.

Thank you to all of the CNA's/nurses and other staff members for taking such beautiful care of my grandma Henrietta Williams. She is now no longer with us, but you treated not only her but us with so much respect and care. It is forever appreciated.

We attended the Farmers Market at The Oak. It is a new, growing market that is a must visit. The Vendors were friendly and offered great jewelry, cookies, food and beverages. We will be returning.

The staff is A-1 and they are right on top of things. My mother is having great therapy.

So refreshing to walk into a building with smiling faces and warm greetings by everyone. Service at its best. Keep up the great work team Trilogy!
