Marc Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

We were on a RV trip to Kennebunkport in July. I saw a Marc Motors spare tire cover on a Wrangler. It looked cool. Since my Jeep Wrangler needed a spare cover I called Mac Motors Parts Department for one. A big thank you to the parts department at Marc Motors!!! Quick excellent service. I was impressed. We love it. Keeps the spare tire clean. Especially, with all the road grime it gets being pulled behind my motorhome.

Just wanted to give a shout out to The service advisor Joe and the service guys at Marc Motors. I’ve been here for service on many occasions and Joe has been nothing short of awesome. Very accommodating and upfront about what needs to be done. Always right on with an accurate timeline as well. He is a true professional and definitely knows how to explain things so non mechanical people can understand them.
They lifted my Rubicon today and I am absolutely thrilled with what they did. Thank you again for everything!

I bought a car at Marc Motors in Sanford during their recent March Madness sale. Jacob Godwin, Matt Webb and Isaiah Brown were amazing. Even though the place was incredibly busy, they let me take my time trying cars and making my decision, and helped me to get the price, payment and interest rate that I was hoping for. Everyone in the place was so welcoming and helpful. They even fed me lunch! I will be back, and would highly recommend them.

My first experience with the Service Department was excellent. John Coslett, the Service Advisor, was friendly, professional, and informative about my vehicle recalls. My Grand Cherokee was taken in promptly and I was on my way home well within the estimated time. I’ll definitely recommend Marc Jeep for my service needs.

I am from Connecticut and their service department saved my vacation. My jeep would not start. It was towed to Marc Motors and they were able to fix what was wrong and got us back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend their service department. They have outstanding mechanics.

Marc Motors is a dealership that I highly recommend. The members of the sales staff (Victor and Patrick) that assisted me were outstanding. Both approached their jobs with honesty and integrity. The finance manager, Shane, was also excellent. No high pressure! Lots of sincerity!

This dealership is truly different. The management has a solid understanding about the needs of customers and how to meet those needs. They realize that buying a vehicle should have an element of joy; it should not be an overwhelmingly stressful experience where the customer is viewed as prey.

I was introduced to members of the service staff so that I could connect names and faces when I made appointments for routine maintenance. They all appeared to be hardworking individuals who approached their jobs with friendly attitudes combined with dedication.

This company really gets it!!! Customers deserve the utmost respect. They are not prey to be conquered strictly for monetary gain. The individuals I spent time with were remarkable. Excellent training.

I am so grateful for the honesty and integrity that Marc Motors represents. I built a 2023 Jeep Sahara with Kali, Patrick & Aimee on November 10, 2022. I received my Jeep yesterday, and I am thrilled with the outcome of my purchase. Although prices went up and used car values came down, Marc Motors honored our agreement signed on November 10. My Jeep arrived before expected, and I so excited to have my Jeep! Kudos to Patrick, finishing up the deal in person was such a positive experience. I highly recommend Marc Motors!!

We we're pretty impressed. We didn't show up expecting to buy. But we did. But it wasn't because of any pressure from anyone. We were presented with a great deal, and we took it. The process was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend it. But if you go there to buy a car... tell them I sent you ;)

What an EXCELLENT experience..!! I found myself in possession of my mother's car for a short time. I wanted to ensure it was returned to her in tip-top shape. Although my mother faithfully only uses her local dealership for service, being out of state, the local option for me was Marc Motors. I was able to secure an appt quickly and easily. Margaret in service greeted me when I arrived and reviewed my scheduled appointed. Margaret wanted to ensure she addressed any additional concerns or services I wanted to have reviewed while they were in possession of my mum's car. I did state that I would appreciate if they could make sure I hadn't missed anything, and to call me if they located any item that needed repair/replacement. Margaret called me to confirm they were able to locate some items (like the front/rear brakes) as well as a part I hadn't realized was having an issue. That particular part was covered by the extended warranty my mum didn't even know she had. (Thank you
Margaret!) My mum is retired, elderly and on fixed income.. Any issues she had, she expressed to her local team (diff dealership.) However, things were missed. Phil (svc mgr) and Margaret heard my concerns, and made me feel like they would treat my mother like she their own. I felt very comfortable and safe working with them. My mother now has a car is in SAFE running condition. They were professional, knowledgeable and INCREDIBLY KIND. I could not be more pleased or more grateful for this experience. I would 100% recommend this service dept..! If you see Margaret or Phil, know you are working with people you can TRUST to take care of you.

I was recently in the market for a new truck. I called Marc CDJR and was put in contact with my salesman , Patrick Kuklinski who I worked with from start to finish. He was excellent and very helpful throughout the buying and delivery process. He and all the managers I spoke to including the General manager were excellent and honest. The financing department was great to deal with also. They gave me a great trade value and sold me the new Ram at a very good price . I would highly recommend this dealership and Patrick if you are in the market for a vehicle!

We're not fans of dealerships, but we had a great experience here. The process was smooth and our salesperson Cathy was great to work with. She really worked to get us into the truck we wanted, and made the process easy for us. Everyone else there is great too, very friendly staff. We're really happy with how the whole process went, and recommend this dealership!

Bought two trucks here each experience was top notch. Originally dealt with Brendan who is amazing. Got me into a a great 1500 and was able to get payments and interest rate that was doable. Decided to go back to upgrade and unfortunately Brendan was busy. Instead of what a typical dealership would do and juggle two people he focused on his first customer. (That alone speaks volumes) He set me up with Alec who was new there and was just as good. He listened to what I was looking for and came back with a good offer with my trade and the new truck. Had a little issue setting up the Uconnect but that seemed more like an error on the end of xm radio than theirs. Brendan checked in a couple times during the process as well.

We all know dealerships can be a pain and in the end usually works out for dealers. After all their business is to make money not loose money. But if I can get decent service get what I want at a decent rate and manageable payment that’s what matters. Each time I have been there I got just that. I wasn’t swarmed when walking in by vultures like other dealers either. Hopefully this helps someone else in the market to make a purchase. Both sales guys were top notch and Shane in finance though talks fast was great as well. Thanks to the three of you and I’m sure I’ll be seeing you in the future. Only my second review on a place btw. Never really do this but felt they were deserving. Thanks again.

I've never gotten my work done at a dealership for fear of being overcharged for unnecessary services but after being burned one too many times by some smaller local garages and on the recommendation of a coworker, I contacted Ashleigh D. In the service department.
Ashleigh was able to schedule an overall inspection of my Jeep and get me a detailed estimate of the work necessary to pass inspection in my state in a matter of a couple of days. I was very overwhelmed with the figure given but was upfront about my financial limitations and asked about getting the work done over a couple of weeks. She was extremely helpful in explaining the most time sensitive issues and was able to get my car on a repair schedule that didn't leave me broke until next payday. Other than my Jeep being in great shape again the interactions I had with the Service Department were by far the best experiences I've had as a customer. Time was taken to consider my financial situation without judgement and I can't tell you how much that meant to me.

This is my second vehicle purchased here and both times I've had outstanding service. Today in a matter of 4 hours I had the truck I wanted at a great price. Stop in and see Denny. He is down to earth and not the typical pushy salesman you might of encountered before somewhere else. Shawn is an outstanding manager who made sure I got the deal I wanted all while providing top notch service to customers. Stop in and see them. Great folks!

It was very welcoming and the experience was not at all uncomfortable. I really liked my salesman, Tony. He was very helpful and very personable. I would really love to send others to this dealership and to him as well! First time buying a brand new car and it couldn’t have been any easier and more positive of an experience—for me!!!

Just recently bought a truck at Marc Motors CDJR. I worked with Robert Finley, he was great. Not a huge fan of going back in forth to get a price on a vehicle, Rob was straight forward with me. I truly felt like I got close to the best deal I could on the vehicle I bought. Very efficient in the process, made my life easy! Service was excellent! I made an appointment for 1:00 to change my oil and rotate tires! I browsed around for a bit then talked to salesman about a purchase of a different vehicle which also was excellent! My truck was done a lot quicker than anticipated. Nice Job! Quick service! Respectful! No BS!
