Good place for delivery! Arrived 8-45 am. Appointment was scheduled at 12-30 pm. Got a door at 10 am. Checked out at 10-30 am. Good job 👍🏽. Nice and friendly woman at the receiving office.

They need your license for id and have to check in and wait a call for door and paperwork then go back office and take paperwork. Take like 1.30 to done delivery.nice work

They open @ 7:00 . I picked up 20 pallets and they took 1hour 1/2. Better luck next time.

Bring your lunch and dinner as you will be there all day.. maybe even your sleeping bag.. no system, takes forever to load or unload a trailer.. get with it Tyler its only freight

this is a terrible place i’m was there two times here my first visit for pick up i’m 40 minute came late and then i’m paying 180$ cash my second visit for delivery my appointment is 8:00am front desk lady is disgusting said come tomorrow 8:00am

RECENTLY I WENT TO TYLER FOR A TWO PALLET PICK UP. I FILLED OUT PAPERWORK AT WINDOW,LADY TOLD ME THEY WOULD LOAD ME ASAP NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE.20 MINUTES LATER NEW PENN WALKS IN AND HE GETS LOADED RIGHT AWAY AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY FREIGHT.THE NEW PENN DRIVER AND THE TYLER WORKER ARE BUDDYS THATS ON OF THE REASONS HE GOT LOADED BEFORE ME.LOT OF FAVORTISM WHEN IT COMES TO LOADING CERTAIN DRIVERS!I DONT FEEL THERE IS ANY EQUALITY,TRANSPARENCY,OR ACCOUNTABILITY WHEN COMES TO LOADING DRIVERS.LOADING SHOULD BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!
