Dr Commet is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and Paula(MA) is very good as well. The staff is always very friendly and the office manager has been very helpful in navigating the health care system for me.

So I needed to find a new doctor, they advised Dr. Commet could take me. Today was my appointment, and I must say so pleased with this doctor and would recommend him to anyone. Great personality and compassion, and did a thorough physical. I give him 5 stars and office staff were very nice as well. My only complaint is with the lab in back below the doctors office. It’s been a week since I went in to lab for blood work. I asked for it to be taken out of the top of my hand for years had issues with blood draws from my arms. Until they started taking from top of my hand. Was told afterwards that they don’t get many butterfly needles so they take from the arms and find veins for the draw. Will find another lab 1st time using this lab at new doctors office, will be my last. Hopefully this bruise will be resolved soon.

Have been going here and seeing Dr. Snyder for 14 years and we now see PA Stacy Welch on occasion who is just as wonderful! Dr. Snyder takes the time to listen and talk through things with you. If you need it he sends you to specialists or for further medical testing. My family has been very happy with the entire staff and the years of medical care we have received!

Dr. Snyder has been my doc now for several years. He has help keep me on the football field officiating high school football as well as treating me for other physical ailments. I am glad and fortunate to be able to call him my doc and my friend.

They told us that they dont care about appointments that its first come first serve. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment. 4 people came in after me was taken back before me, 2 were walk ins and 1 was 2 hours early for his appointment. We were taken back after I started complaining loudly to the worker who was at the door. The lady whom I complained to wound up being the one who took my blood pressure and she couldnt do that right. The Dr that seen me was really nice and professional and seemed like he actually cared.

I was a patient here for 20 years and I am so glad I finally have a new doctor's office. Let me first say that Dr. Comet is a wonderful doctor: kind, good at listening, great at figuring out what's wrong and what to do. But his front desk staff is (and always have been) horrific. They are rude, combative, and incompetent--not just incapable of doing their jobs but also unwilling. Phone calls with simple questions or requests would be met with a tone I can only describe as "snotty." Their attitude was childish and extremely immature--like, I should be grateful to them for doing the jobs they are paid to do. They would constantly send Rx to the wrong pharmacy even after I spoke to them and left clear directions including the street address/city of the pharmacy I needed. They would refuse to do basic functions of their jobs, instead telling me it was my responsibility when it wasn't. They even flat-out lied to me about the cost of obtaining my medical records after refusing to send me a release form for those records (as I've moved to another state and now have a new doctor).

Every single interaction I have ever had with them has been extremely negative, to the point where they completely ruined the overall experience of going to the doctor. After all, I saw Dr. Comet once a year and interacted with them a lot more frequently. It is clearly a problem of the office culture because it has been like this for two decades. When I or my family would bring up this problem to the doctor we would just get shrugged off. I have literally never had such a completely terrible experience at any other medical office. I'm not lying when I say they ruined the overall experience of that office for me. My family used to talk about switching doctors at least once a year because they were so horrible to interact with.

I am thrilled to no longer have to interact with this office staff. They should be ashamed of themselves. If you live in Flushing, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I finally did and I'm so, so happy.

I starting seeing Dr, Snyder because he was in the area, however when I did not need or did not want to take pain medication he and his staff had issue with my decision.
Be cautious with this type of practice.
Further research will continue dealing with this doctor concerning law and ethics .
I would not send my children to this type of facility unless I was expecting them to be dependent on pain medication.

Horrible business practice. Authorized our family to return as patients, when we called to schedule our appointments, they "changed their minds" and refused to see us. This caused a lapse is medical care and a lapse in medications, while we sought out a new care provider. I DO NOT recommend this office. They do not have the patients best interest in mind.
