I really like how the dealership/ sales person Dan Austin fixed the flaws on my newly purchased vehicle. They did a great job and made me feel heard and important. I would definitely recommend DAN AUSTIN as a sales person who understands the customer and gets to know his customers.

Brad went above and beyond. Highly impressed with how easy he made this new car purchase. Never felt rush or pressured and I truly believe Brad did everything in his ability to offer me the best deal. Was on the hunt for a SUV for a few months and had no luck. Found a few SUVs at LaFontaine Automotive and drove the 2 hour haul to come look and test drive. We worked with Robert C and had an amazing experience. He listened to everything I wanted and needed in my new car and gave me plenty of options to choose from. Lafontaine Ford of Flushing did very well to meet my truck buying needs. The sales staff was professional and knowledgeable. I have no doubt I got the best possible deal that included some discounts I hadn’t been aware of. From finding the truck I wanted on another lot to getting it to Flushing and turning the keys over to me, LaFontaine got the job done. Additionally I have used the maintenance services at their shop and I always received the best service for previous vehicles and I have no doubt I will continue to receive the best service.

These guys are awesome! Brought my vehicle in thinking I had a wheel bearing going out and after they did their inspection it was just tires. Very trustworthy folks here. I appreciate you all.

Very good service with a recall issue I had to have done on my vehicle. They got us in early, called us when it was completed which was way before the expected time. Overall service was top-notch. Dave was the person who helped us in the service dept. Highly recommend this place!

John the general manager helped me with a situation I had going on. I appreciate him taking the time to listen and figure out a solution. The senior advisor that helped me (can’t remember his name) was also very nice and respectful. He was taller with brownish hair in his mid to early 40’s. Sat at the first desk on the left.

Was very happy with my recent encounter here. I recently bought a 2021 Ford bronco from a different dealership and less than 2 hours after owning it started having problems with the headlights, I took it back to that dealership and they could not figure out the problem, so I took it to the closest Ford dealership, LaFontaine Ford of Flushing. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the problem, they were also able to get the problem paid for by the previous dealer due to the previous dealer not disclosing a problem. LaFontaine Ford of Flushing was even nice enough to send a shuttle car to pick me up when my Bronco was done and did very well at keeping us updated during the process. I would very much recommend going here for any service you need on your vehicle. They were very quick to get the diagnostic and repair done once the new headlight switch came in. It was truly a please working with them, especially our service rep Justyn. She did an absolutely amazing job helping us through the entire process and understood how stressful it was for us as we had to get the repair done as quick as possible to get back home out of state.

They had the vehicle I wanted in stock. The sales team was excellent. My salesman took the time to go over all the features on the vehicle and answer my questions. In addition followed up the next day telling to contact him if I had any further questions. It was a seamless purchase.

Fantastic service from start to finish, all from the comfort of our home! The paperwork, financing and vehicle delivery and orientation was fantastic! Adison did an amazing job with all of the details. We decided to lease a car mid-day and by 4:30 we were driving our new car!

I have been very pleased to have been taking my truck brakes to be replaced, etc. The people are very helpful. I just had my breaks replaced for the front. When I drove home, it was like I was driving a new 🚘. They are very respectful and I will continue using LaFontaine for whatever I need to have done. I also like the way they explain to me just what needs to be done to my truck.

My service rep was very friendly and helpful. I shopped tire prices, and they were cheaper on a higher quality tire. They also did an alignment for what I would paid for tires alone. So far happy with LaFontaine.

Special thanks to Dave and the entire service team, I dropped my Raptor off for the famous cam phasers and had it back a day later. Very knowledgeable techs and communication.

The service here is awesome!! Fully loaded crew ready to solve any issue you have with a genuine smile on their face. I dropped my car off overnight to the dealership. The next morning before 8am, my car had already been checked out and information was sent to me immediately after completing the inspection. I was texted a link on the updates of my vehicle during repair and also a video review of all work done plus any found issues. This place is great and I have always had the best experiences! My big thanks to Dave!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone around.

Allen was hands down the best salesman my husband, Matthew, and I have ever worked with. This was one of the experiences where you walk out and think to yourself he really did everything possible to get us into the vehicle we loved. He was efficient, listened to any concerns of ours, was very friendly with us and our kids, and worked his butt off to get us the vehicle. We broke down an hour away from home. I had our truck towed here after hours on a Saturday. Service was quick and easy. A major expense but it was done in less than 3 days. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back here.
