I've tried the food at this restaurant more than once now & have yet to be disappointed, the food was sooo good. 🌯🌮 It's authentic Mexican food & full of flavor, the drinks are really good too! So refreshing 🥤 I will be going back to try more & definitely recommend this place to all. On a side note this place also doubles as a supermarket so you can find fresh produce 🍎 & meat 🥩 along with a variety of other items, which is a bonus 😊✨

Wonderful local Mexican restaurant on Alpine. The quesadilla is huge and the bread from their torta is amazing. Our favorite meat is their Barbacoa. Very tender and flavorful! Don’t forget to order horchata to go with everything.

Nice atmosphere. Simple tasty authentic Mexican fare. Good place for a simple datenight.

Great food and service. Highly recommend checking this place out for good Mexican food and the store offers a nice variety of spices and meats.

I got the chicken wet burrito and my husband got the steak fajitas. The servings are big and the service was wonderful. We will be back.

Food was amazing, especially loved the Guac. Even picked up few things from the store including some great tamales.

The owner was truly charming, the food was delicious and the restaurant itself was absolutely spotless. Will definitely be returning to try more on their menu!

Loved the food, definitely authentic. Some comments state the salsa is runny, yes, authentic salsas are runnier. If your looking for a thicker salsa, ask for it, or put in some pico de Gallo. Comments like, tacos only had cilantro and onion, yes, again those are authentic tacos. If you want cheese, you have to ask for it or go to a non-authentic restaurant and they provide that automatically. Also, sometimes a tamale will be burnt, it comes from that tamale being closer to the pot when steaming, so it can happen. Happens every year at our Christmas dinners, one or two have burnt endings. Lastly, this is a new establishment, wait staff may not be hired yet, it takes time. Plus, this restaurant is not near a busier area, so waitstaff may be harder to come by, especially obviously needing to be bi-lingual. However, Ive never seen a restaurant to allow it's customers to still sit and eat inside with no waitstaff, so thank you. Cleaning my own table, is the least I can do.Some comments I feel are a bit harsh. Give it some time to actually grow into itself. Places like McDonalds and Taco Bell, been established for many many years and are still lacking in service, food quality, workers, and many times missing items. Great food, great people, authentic and happy to have an authentic restaurant near me!

We walked into the Supermarket to get to the Restaurant. Oh my goodness! I haven't seen a meat counter like that for years! Beautiful! The store has so many items, hard to find & fresh items as well! Then weThen we walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant, with a Gorgeous View! The Service was First Rate by a Beautiful Senorita! The menu is extensive & priced well within budget. Our choices came out quickly, correctly, & piping hot! These dishes definitely authentic & delicious. We are first time fans & will be spreading the word! Alpine Ave has some Delicious, Authentic Mexican Cuisine going on at Cielito Lindo! Bravo Bravo!!! And try out their Supermarket as well!

The food is authentic and not Americanized which makes it 6 stars in my view. Not only that the staff is really nice and both the restaurant and store are very clean and comfortable to be in. It has been one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while 😄

This is the 2nd time we have eaten here. The first time the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. This time we got there to find out it was takeout only. However we dined in but ordered our meals and cleaned the table after we were done because they had no wait staff. The food again was delicious and can't wait to go back again.

My husband and I went here last week. The food was good. We had a burrito & chicken quesadilla. Nice big windows to see outside. I was surprised that we were charged for my 2nd glass of pineapple water but it was very refreshing.

We anxiously waited all through the renovations to try this place! It was well worth it as the food was exceptional! And the service was great. You will not be disappointed. We have already been back.
