QDOBA Mexican Eats

This place was the BOMB! Great first experience for our family! Loved the upbeat music, the employees were kind and smiled at us, checked on us…our table and the pay counter was a little dirty but they were busy and someone came around in reasonable time to clean. I LOVED our visit!

This place is a lifeline for TexMex downtown. It’s a Qdoba, nothing special about it. But it beats driving 10 minutes down the highway to Alpine to get a simple burrito bowl and a location that could have a line to the door. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes here.

If you drive here and park on the curb, don’t spoil it for everyone else. Put your lights on, get your food, and get out. It’s in a hospital after all.

Clean place, friendly staff, parking ok. Price good. Food great.

Even know I had an issue with my order I ordered a mini bowl and was missing all the toppings all It had was rice, beans, chicken, queso. I called and the lady on the phone was very friendly and offered to replace it or write me down for a replacement in the future. I opted to go back up there since only a mile down the road. They replaced my whole order which included chips and large queso! I only expected the mini bowl tbh. Thank you Dennis, ivanna, jak, and Rachell!

I love this place. You definitely can make those burritos into two meals. Healthy options are a plus

very busy location -but the staff is speedy. Be sure you have your menu items ready to get your lunch. The staff is always helpful and the tables are always cleaned and ready to go. The choices are always hot and plentiful. This place has good food, gluten free. Salsas , chips and salads all very good. You can get flour or corn tortillas, and they keep them separate from each other.

Went 10min before closed and food was still fresh and hot. And Staff was so patient and kind to me! I called ahead and they even put aside the vegetarian meet for me during their end shift clean up, so it wasn't accidentally thrown out. Charley was Wonderful

The young woman with the beautiful blue hair rolled our burritos like a champion! She was very nice and so was everyone else. Amazing quality and service. It was a great lunch shared with my wife, thank you!!!!

Unique location being as it seems like you are pulling in to a hospital.

Food was good, and the service was also good, the worker there explained a lot of stuff to us and was very friendly.

While being inpatient for a few days with my daughter, I ate at this location twice. Both times, my burrito was delicious and the staff was pleasant. I do want to specifically say, your employee Dennis was unforgettable. He was so kind the first day and when I went back the next day, he not only recognized my order but he also made a point to check on me. He doesn’t know me at all but seeing my “parent” badge from DeVos, he took a minute to stop what he was doing and simply say, “Is everything okay? Are you okay?” I was caught off guard by his kindness and compassion and I walked away in tears. At that moment, I was seen and acknowledged by a kind stranger and it was a beautiful moment. Dennis may never see this review but if by chance he does...sincerely thank you Dennis, from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and compassion!!! You made my entire day after an emotional rollercoaster few days of being at DeVos!!

This location always provides great service. Taking it upon myself to applaud them publicly for being able to take in a walk in order for 7 people, and they handled it in less than 10 minutes. Staff is attentive, positive and friendly. 10/10 service!

I am an employee at spectrum health so I often eat lunch at this qdoba location. All of the staff is extremely pleasant, all the time! I recently had a minor error (I was charged incorrectly for my meal), I called and was refunded without question, the staff member even apologized for the inconvenience - completely unnecessary! I would come to this qdoba even on my days off!

This is the best Qdoba in the area, they’re all incredibly nice and hard working. Very helpful, plus they always portion things well and get our order 100% correct

Excellent "fast food" Mexican (definitely a few steps above Taco Bell and better than Chipotle). The meat is always done well and their queso sauce is amazing. Workers always positive and attentive. One of our favorite lunch time restaurants. There isn't much seating, so it might be difficult to find a seat at lunch or dinner rush. Ended up getting a vegetarian bowl, w/ the queso, because I had my own chicken to add. It had been a several years since I had been to a Qdoba, and I'm glad I gave it another try. Tasty "fast food" and so very fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I didn't even know this place existed until a friend told me. Great spot for lunch if you are on the medical mile. They always keep the place clean and my food has always been great.

I can't say enough good about Qdoba, but this location specifically since they are the only one in Michigan I have found that serves breakfast burritos. 1,000 times better than golden arch's and the bell, if you haven't tried it and happen to be near this location before 10am, do yourself a favor and stop by for a chorizo breakfast burrito! Also the staff has been awesome every time!

Located just inside the medical facility entrance alongside food court seating and Starbucks. The Qdoba is just what you'd expect and the service was quick. More than that, they even asked me more about customizing my order than other Qdobas I've been to, so the staff here was even more helpful than standard locations.

This was a handy location to pick up our supper after our visit to the zoo. Staff person was patient with my extra questions about sodium levels for my need for a low-salt diet.
