The service is not what it use to be inside. The outdoor workers are great. We placed an order and 1 week later nobody had called. We went back, and he had trouble finding the order. Then had not even looked at it yet. It was not filled, and now we had to help load it because it would be another week out for delivery. We had already taken time off to build that week. It seemed like the person inside did not know what he was doing. We typically prefer to go here for their customer service even though they are more expensive.

Poor service. Was supposed to be contacted with estimate that never came. Spoke to salesperson for 30 minutes. When I called to find out where estimate was the salesperson didn't remember me and lost all my info.
