Bob and his team provided an on-time, friendly and reasonably priced service today. I needed help with a high ceiling fan install, they were quick to respond to my inquiries (via home Depot pro service) and very professional. They arrived during their promised window for service, and did great work hanging the fan and getting the electrical switches set up properly. Overall I'm super pleased and happy to give them "five stars" on their service !

Bob was great to deal with. I had my panel changed out and service upgraded to 200amp. Also had 100amp service ran to the garage. Bob got a quote back to me within hours of the initial request. Once I agreed to the work they were out to my house in a couple days and completed all the work in 2 days.

Bob was super friendly to me and my pets. He worked on my problem even after he determined that it would potentially need to have the authorized furnace person come out as he would not be able to work on it. He investigated the problem for me so that when I would call them I could tell them the issue, fortunately he found some wiring issue that he could do and fixed our furnace.

Very reasonably priced, was able to come out same day and got our power working again. Very friendly.

Half of my house lost power. Called probably 20 electrician companies with many replying that they are booked out for months. Bob's business is about an hour drive from me and he was here and repaired the issue within hours of calling him. Bob and his partner did an excellent job! They worked tirelessly to finish the job and got everything completed. Completely rewired our kitchen and everything works great! He is very honest and I would highly recommend. I am going to have him come out to do a few other odds and ends!

My wife and I were stood up by another electrician when we needed our new electric ovens installed during our kitchen remodel. Reached out to Bob this morning after we had some problems with half the outlets in our kitchen. He called within an hour or so to ask some basic troubleshooting questions -he then was able to make it out within hours of that call. He and his team diagnosed and fixed the issue within 30 minutes! I was pretty flabbergasted. I didn’t expect for him to move this quickly and he was totally kind/professional all the while.

Bob is THE BEST out here! He saved my house from an electrical fire, replaced old panel fuse box at night in the middle of a winter snow storm. He is reasonable , dependable and its so hard to find someone like this anymore! He has 35 + years of experience too and I have called him 4 times already and he completed every job , he has always been just a phone call away! Thanks Bob!!

Bob was an absolute life saver. Our fuse panel had become overloaded and had some issues. Half our living room, study and several other rooms were effected and we were without internet, which during covid era is a big issue working from home. He answered quickly, came out quickly, was very friendly, amazingly helpful and fixed our problem in no time. A great experience in what could have been a stressful time.

Absolutely great experience with Bob Thompson Electric. Had an emergency outage of one leg of my main line on a Thursday evening. He showed up within 1 hour of the call. He found the problem within 5 minutes of arriving. Spent some time tidying up some internal electrical project that led to finding the issue. Came back the next day to completely rebuild the main disconnect with the parts that were needed. Reasonable final bill. Classy guy and first rate operation. This company goes into my main contacts.
