Norm is fantastic - he is very knowledgeable and friendly. He did our garbage disposal install in the amount of time he said it would. He explained how I could fix it before installing the new one just in case we could save some money. Ultimately it needed to be replaced. Highly recommend him!

Norm was a great guy to work with; He was very timely and efficient. Norm assessed the issue and repaired the issue quickly. He guided me through the steps he took before he did them and made sure I was ok with any repairs made. Norm was very personable and answered all questions I had about my system and possible installations I was thinking about for the future. He gave me a very fair price for the fix and I will definitely choose Norm to work with in the future if anything else comes up.

Norm has done several plumbing jobs for me now. Always does what he says he's going to, and the quality of the work has been top notch. I have also felt like his prices are very reasonable and he is a pleasure to do business with.
