I had an excellent experience at The Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall. I was fortunate to find Colin E. Bonus, Esq. to represent me. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, patient, has great communication and listening skills, and is very thorough. I could not have asked for a better outcome! I also have to say that Rose Gencarelli, Legal Administrative Assistant, is also extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, responsive, and caring. She is an excellent resource and was always more than happy to help me with all of my questions and concerns. She is truly an asset to the firm. Amazing people, recommending all my friends who get any traffic tickets from these thieving highway robbery traffic laws. They will help fight them to the best of their abilities and even guide you if you are confused and be honest with you about your situation.

I even got upset with them on the phone and I was in the wrong, i realize that now. But, they still calmly explained how I'd have to navigate the situation and forgave my arrogance. They could have told me to go kick rocks, or care less about my case, but they did not. So I'm going to send as many paying clients their way that I can for that alone. Not only that they did an amazing job, sincerely.

I had 3 very bad tickets that were going to result in arrest,fine or suspension. 2 were thrown away/dismissed and one drastically reduced due to their help & their help & connections alone. On-Top of that, the lawyer who took care of my case had about 9 other varying cases (not all traffic related) in which ALL others he got the charges dismissed for ALL OF his other clients which i thought was astounding and amazing.

10/10 100% recommend their services. The retainer was also extremely reasonable..

I was stopped in Robbinsville township at the end of 2023. They tried to give me a DWI and possession of CDS. I was absolutely not guilty of the DWI, but they did have me on the CDS. I was taken to the police station and released with a court date and a headache. I immediately hopped on google to find reputable lawyers in Mercer county. John Marshall’s office was on of the first results. I did my due diligence and called a couple attorneys. As soon as I got in contact with Mr. Marshall I knew he was the one to represent me. Even though he did not actually represent me he assured me what he could do and he kept his word. They are expensive but like anything else you get what you pay for. For your record and your future you should really not put a price tag on it. He has a army of excellent lawyers and I was fortunate enough to be represented by a young woman named Joanna Perelli who in my opinion is excellent and has a bright future. She managed to get all of my charges reduced or dismissed. I walked away with a 2 point careless driving. So I can promise you good people out here if you have any issues with the law call John Marshall’s office and ask for Joanna Perelli or any other of the excellent attorneys they employ. I am so thankful and happy I chose them.

Abe Basch assisted me in my case where I was wrongfully accused. He's knowledgeable, informative, and patient. He made sure I was prepared for my trial and most importantly that I won my case. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

When I first reached out to the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, I immediately felt at ease. With a very unfortunate legal situation pending I knew right away I was in great hands.
