Dr Jones is a true professional, makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. Communicates very well and does a great job of explaining it in layman's terms. I consider myself lucky to be getting this kind of care during a difficult time in my life.

Dr. Jones is a very compassionate and knowledgeable Physician. I was diagnosed immediately and surgery was scheduled within a few days. He explained everything to me so that I fully understood all that surgery and recovery would entail. He has also helped me with some other orthopedic issues that arose after surgery. Doesn't rush appointments and always answers questions thoroughly. His physicians assistant, Jennifer Cousins, is also a Rockstar!

Dr Jones and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Dr Jones explains and shows you things very thoroughly. He listens to your concerns and is very patient. I highly recommend him!!!

I have only met Dr. Jones for a consultation on my cervical spine, but he was very clear and thorough in explaining my options for treatment. I had heard very positive comments from several people I know to see him for my health issues. After having surgery Dr. Jones explained the healing process, and I have met with him in the 3rd and 6th month afterward. Although I have not had the full results afterward I have confidence in his medical talents.

I had an Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion surgery roughly 4 months ago. Having been only 21 years old at the time of my surgery, I was one of the youngest patients he'd performed this surgery on (according to him). We tried finding other ways to improve the situation before jumping straight into surgery as this procedure can be effective for short periods of time but commonly causes further issues to the discs above and below the fusion in under 10 years. I really appreciated his effort and professional advice as well as all attempts to improve my situation before having to turn to surgery. Unfortunately, my situation was only able to improve with the surgery but I find comfort in knowing that we tried everything we could to prevent needing this procedure.

Dr. Jones has always been kind and communicative. He always makes sure to explain his plans and thought processes so that expectations are fully understood. If he finds any concerns that need to be watched carefully, he will go out of his way to free up time on his schedule to be able to see his patients. He is the best doctor I've seen and I highly recommend him to anyone searching for their doctor.

The staff and Dr. Jones listened to my concerns and helped me in a very professional and timely manner. Everyone has been amazing when it comes to making sure I am getting the care I need, the front desk staff treat you like family and quickly learn your name which makes it feel very welcoming!

Doctor Jones is amazing! He takes his time and actually listens to his patients. He has done an amazing job on my back and is currently helping me with my neck pain. Okay I've had very bad experience with surgeons I went in for a kneecap replacement and they cut the wrong leg so I woke up with two casts on each leg very scared for surgery it seems like all surgeons they just want to do surgery to get paid but I will say one thing here and now Dr Thomas Jones he took the time to hear me out hear my concerns looked me in the eye and didn't suggest surgery right away we're going to try everything else before that and I tell you what he made me feel welcomed and heard I highly recommend Dr Thomas Jones so thank you very much Dr Jones I appreciate you you made me feel like a person and not just a dollar sign

Dr. Jones and I have worked closely together on and regarding my complicated case and I don't just trust anyone but the best! He not only is a skilled surgeon he has an awesome personality and temperament that difficult procedures or difficult days make all the more sense. I'd trust Dr. Thomas Jones with my care anytime and anywhere knowing that he does his best 100% of the time.
