The main plumbing valve inside our house has been a problem for more that 2 years now and nobody was able to fix until I called Mr Rooter Plumbing, and they fix it. They did a very careful job of not breaking the plastic pipe in order to fix the problem properly. Great job!

Mr. Rooter’s response time was incredible. Their technician was here within a half hour of my call and he did an awesome job in resolving my issue. He was polite, professional and friendly. He put down mats so as not to damage my floor and cleaned the work area completely before he left. I would definitely call them again if I had a problem.

Mr. Rooter was the right choice from day 1, with exceptional service and attention. We had to put in a water back up sum pump and priced out a few different companies. Rob Archer was phenomenal at working with us on the details for our job, the pricing and the day of logistics. Not only are their technicians polite and neat, but they really know what they are doing! We are very grateful to Mr. Rooter and would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Rooter was the only company that would take care of my emergency on a rainy, Saturday evening. Within the 2 hour time frame, Sean came, assessed the issue and took care of it promptly. Respectful, responsible, competent, friendly ....can't say a bad thing about this company or the technicians. Great job, and my sincere thanks!

Called Mr. Rooter late one evening promptly received a call back to assess the situation and set up an appointment for me.
The team showed up bright and early the next day.
Justin and Jack went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly even going back to get the proper pipes and couplings.
Will be my only choice going forward for my plumbing needs

Very good experience. Justin came out on Sunday afternoon at 4:30 quickly diagnose the problem and was finished in one hour and gave me a senior discount. No extra charge for weekend. I would highly recommend this company.

This is my first time using the Mr. Rooter company. Mike B. was courteous and listened to me explain the issue and asked questions. He gave me a quote. The work was what my spouse and I expected it would be and matched the quote. Mike B. was neat and tidy and cleaned up after himself. He was a kind human being. If I need work done again, I will call Mr. Rooter and ask for Mike B. Thanks for a job well done, I know our situation under the sink is a monster and you did it without any complaints! First company to do so!

I had a severe issues in a newly remodeled bathroom in an older home. I contacted Mr. Rooter of central NJ after hours and was given an Appointment , at my request, for the following morning. The tech called as promised showed up on time and was excellent. He solved my issue. Left the bathroom spotless. James was polite, courteous and professional. It was apparent from our conversation that he was experienced and well versed in plumbing issues . Cannot say enough about what a great rep he is for the company. Would def call Mr. Rooter should I have future plumbing needs and I will always request James.

The techs were very friendly and informative! They took their time explaining how the plumbing in my home worked and provided me with different options of how they could solve the problems. If another issue arises, I would gladly call on them again. They also loved on our dogs.

I called with the issue with for sink replacement at about 11: 30 am and Mr rooter plumbing was there by 1:00 p.m. or before. I was at home Depot bought the sink. In about 30 minutes after I got home there they were ringing my doorbell!
They were professional, they were quick, and witty
And left no mess behind. Plumbers are expensive but Mr Rooter gets job done right!

Amazing service they came out pretty last minute and pretty late as well basically 30 minutes after I called and James was extremely knowledgeable and informative. The next day he came bright and early and was able to fix our more than complicated clog. He spent a lot of time on our problem and added a few convenient things on top of it just willingly! He was awesome and kind, thanks James!! We’ll be sure to use your service if any problems seem to come up again.

This was a late night emergency call, I won’t go into detail but whatever you are imagining it was more than that. Joe V responded promptly he was efficient, professional and courteous. He explained every detail of his work before starting and made attempts to move forward in the least expensive way. He cleaned up prior to leaving (thank you god). Joe V is a genuine nice guy, a real gentleman and I highly recommend him.

Alex from Mr. Rooter Plumbing arrived in a timely manner. He was very personable. He exhibited a very professional demeanor. He explained what he was doing at all times and what steps needed to be taken to remedy my particular problem. He also explained the cost. He was very upfront and honest. I’d trust the company in the future should the need arise for me to hire a plumber.

Joe was awesome. He explained the process that he needed to complete to identify the issue. He was able to identify the issue. He showed it to me on the camera and showed how the pipe was not in great shape which we figured since it is old. He was upfront and honest about what the best course would be going forward to identify the problem areas via a follow up camera location appointment. Once the problem areas are uncovered further he explained the repairs that would best suited for the potential issue. Once we figure out when to do that, I would request that Joe comes back for that camera location appointment and repairs as he is clearly knowledgeable and honest in the work and service that he provides.

The techs were very nice n explained what they had to do n what was involved. Thankfully it was an easy fix. I was having a new washer installed n my hot/cold water valves were not turning in order for new water hoses for new washer .
