United States Postal Service

The post office staff are always friendly and obliging, doing the most to help when they can. They're very busy though, and probably short staffed, so they can only do so much. They're only human, and can sometimes make mistakes, but complaining about it and smearing them all over the web isn't going to help anything. I also work in the customer service industry (for seven years), and have learned that a little patience and understanding can go a long way.

Always had good service here.

One of the busier post offices in the area so plan ahead just in case. Staff have always been friendly.

I've noticed a routine in laziness in one of our mail delivery men. He's a little older, and I understand minnesots winters can be bit cold and snowy. But, when I am home all day and expecting a package, I would hope you would come to my door and not leave a notice in the mail box. Then when I go in frustrated to pick it up the next week, I would hope that the lady would be more kind and respectful. You see, it turns out that this package was sent priority mail overnight and had not been fully paid. So naturally, I called my mother to confirm if this was intended (this was an eBay order). Anyways, if the notice that she got for the package did say that she had to pay "whatever" amount in order to get it delivered, she had either looked past it or not noticed. So I'm standing in the post office being the monkey in the middle telling this lady what my mom was saying...
mom: no, I didn't see anything about needing to pay any amount.
Me: (repeats to office lady what mom said)
Office lady (in rude tone): WELL I would like to see that notice.
... in the end we had the package sent back because the overnight was a mistake, but when it comes down to this review, the point would be that this office needs to pick up their act a little because as a fellow worker in the customer service industry, this is completely unacceptable.

Mail consistently delivered to the wrong address. They've lost track of packages and certified mail. Very unhappy, and they even delivered a very expensive package to the wrong address and accepted someone else's signature for it. What is the point of requiring a signature if you just take anybody's signature?

Not happy at all. A birthday card was delivered to our Locked mailbox, the envelope was open, and the money inside it is gone.

I am just curious how on a Saturday my package has arrived at the PO, and by Monday it's running late or may be lost?? I try and get answers but no one ever answers the phone and I can't make it there during their regular business hours. On a positive note, my mail carrier, Sarah, is wonderful!

Lived here in Becker for almost 2 years now. I don't know why, but Mondays and Tuesdays we have a younger female carrier, mid to late 20's and I swear she's on something.. sometimes mail in my neighborhood doesn't even get dropped off on mondays and she is very unreliable. The other carrier we have is a younger gentlemen, always very timely! Can expect it to be dropped by 1030am religiously when he's on. I think a random UA should be dropped.. 0 stars if I could!

Seriously. Horrible. There’s been a couple of occasions where I’ve received “sorry we missed you” notices, never bothered knocking, I was home. Also a couple of times where they said they delivered a package, and I received nothing. 99% of the time when I have to speak to someone, they are very rude and unfriendly.

Racist lady at the counter yelled at me 3 times and called me really bad words. I've never felt so horrible in my life for trying to ship a package. I'm calling the BBB and "WONT" be back.

Awful awful awful!! Worst postal service ever!! They throw my mail on the ground, refuse to deliver my packages even for Christmas and jam my mailbox so full (when they actually do deliver packages) that it’s usually beat up and broken when i receive it. These jerks are a joke!!!

The mail carriers from this location never bring packages out. I always have to pick them up the post office regardless of size and the staff at the counter is always rude.

Wouldn’t even give it a star but had to to make this review how are you going to work here and open someone else’s mail and steal from them that is ridicules hope you really needed it you thief

If I could say 0 I would...always says delivery attempted as you are home and watch them drive by!! Lazy

the mail lady left our mailboxes open (i live in an apartment complex), and left her keys here! not impressed at all that my mail could’ve just been taken >:(
