Ossipee Mountain Grille

We stayed in ossipee on July 16 and 17 2022. Knew no place to eat. Looked up on line for local restaurants. OMG was on the list and near where we were staying. So we said hey we’re tired let’s just go there to eat. We were greeted by a friendly bartender who let us know we could sit where we wanted to. So we picked our seats and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful waitress named us Angelica. I highly recommend her if you go. We ordered our food and we’re very pleased with the quality and quantity of food. The mussels were tasty and seemed to have a garlic flavor. She also ordered the steak tip dinner and that was amazing. Tender and cooked to perfection. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and was in awe of the size and flavor. I spoke with the owner and she just mad two weekend tourists feel like family. We went back for lunch on Sunday and we’re just as pleased with our meal also. Well worth stopping in for. They also allow dogs on leash in restaurant. Just a bonus for people with dogs. Can’t wait to go back and see the owner and her staff. Hope Angelica will be there that night.

We love it here! Been there a bunch of times & have never been disappointed! Excellent menu options, great staff & plenty of seating! Remember folks, those in the food service business are working their rear ends off to keep our small businesses going up here, so be patient and be kind! We've been inundated with a huge influx of new visitors to the Valley, so if you aren't willing to wait a bit for a meal, or pay a little more, ya might just want to stay home.

Hands down the best food in the area. We have been in here numerous times in the last few weeks and the food and service is always on point. From the regular menu to the specials you can’t go wrong with anything they have to offer. Everything we have ordered so far has been perfectly cooked and made exactly how we asked. Sarah behind the bar is fantastic as is the rest of the staff. We will be back again and again.

(From a current employee) My experience working at the Ossipee Mountain Grille has been phenomenal. This is my first job in the restaurant industry and I am extremely thankful to work at an establishment with very understanding and constructive owners guiding me even when I make a mistake.

The atmosphere at the OMG is welcoming and I have become friends with the other wonderful members of the staff, as well as many of the regular customers. I genuinely look forward to starting a shift, and I am excited to watch the success of this new restaurant grow.

OMG! We had tried a restaurant up the street and they were closed. We stopped at Rivers Edge Tavern and they only had a lunch menu. I love both of those places. So I said we should try OMG. I am thrilled that we did. T had grilled chicken with summer and zucchini squash with a baked potato, hubby had baked haddock and the veggies also. Prices are really affordable and the wait staff was friendly. I gave it 5 stars and will be making this our “go to” and first on our list. Thank you OMG for a nice evening out. Beautiful inside too. Love this place! The owners have invested their heart and soul into creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Occasionally there will be disagreements and believe it or not the customer is not always right. For them to have the audacity to leave comments that demonstrate their ignorance in not knowing the difference between Pollock and Haddock or state as fact things that they have no way of knowing the truth is shameful. When a businesses comes upon a group who are behaving badly, who are disrupting the pleasurable experience for other patrons it can get ugly. I was shown the video of a group from New Jersey and I definitley would not have been as calm as Kathleen was as she ushered them out.

Please don't let these few folks cause you to miss out on a fabulous meal and a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend the fish and chips or the steak tips. Can't wait to try the new specials!

My family and I were looking for a local place to have lunch on a rainy Memorial Day weekend. We did some research to find a place with a lobster roll (what else do you eat in New England!) and found Ossipee Mountain Grille and decided to check it out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the 8 of us ( 4 adults and 4 kids). They advised when we sat down they were short staffed and that we could use the indoor patio with games to entertain the kids. The food was quick to come out and very good, lobster roll was cooked and prepared to perfection. Kids meals were generously portioned as well. We will be back!

The owner and her family is extremely nice! So friendly and welcoming. Spending the weekend in New Hampshire for a bachelorette party and this place was absolutely perfect! The back patio had a fire pit and lots of games. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a night out with friends.

(FYI, i’m a waitress at OMG) As someone new to the area, I quickly reached out to find a job for the summer. To say the least, I love my job here!! The owners are incredible, and treat all of their employees with the utmost respect. I love all of my coworkers and have met some of the nicest people I know, now friends, at OMG. Not to mention, the food here is the best in the area in my opinion! My family loves the environment and energy that the restaurant has, but also loves the food being served! From the chicken ceaser wrap, flatbreads, steak tips and fish sandwiches, everything has been incredible! I love working here and would definitely recommend stopping by for some food if you’re in the area!!

We had the best meal here last night! My fish and chips were delicious and our waitress Kenzie was so professional! We had a pretty demanding guest with us and she rolled with it well! Thank you so much!

Had a great time at OMG on Sunday! Owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Had some appetizers which were very good. Delicious drinks also! We will be back. Good Luck Kathy, Tony, Kenzie and the rest of the OMG staff.

Such a great spot. Food was amazing and the staff was friendly and engaging. I love that they had an array of drink specials to offer because I can never decide. You'll see me again!

Ossipee Mountain Grille has a family-friendly atmosphere. The food and service are amazing and the OMG signature Margarita is to die for 🍸. the owners are so friendly and we found our new favorite dinner spot.

Food was great...regular area prices. Great service by Morgan the bartender! I will be back for sure! (The giant pretzel with the homemade cheese was great!)

The food was really good. Was recommended by someone local and did not disappoint. The drink menu was pretty big and more importantly they could actually make the drinks WELL.

Great food, awesome people- it felt like home on our first visit. What a good time! Our new favorite place!

Wonderful outdoor seating area. Very cool indoor bar, great service, super friendly staff, really a great atmosphere and their lobster rolls are legit, big with plenty of lobster.

Enjoyed a monstrous serving of Chicken Parmesan. Friendly staff. The buy 2 drinks get a $5 pizza deal worked out great as an app.

Great food, great atmosphere! The staff and owners are wonderful. We are lucky to have such a fun place in our backyard.

Great food and amazing staff. Will certainly come back. I feel bad for all of the nasty reviews they have gotten as they are just not true.
