Somersworth Physical Therapy

Somersworth Physical Therapy will NOW be my go to for any future PT I may need going forward. I am so happy to have found them! All providers are so friendly and inviting. Katie, my provider, is excellent! She is very invested in helping me resolve my issue. She is very thorough, engaging and has a lot of knowledge. I feel like I am in very good hands with her! I would recommend Somersworth PT hands down!

Working with Kirsten was a Godsend. I spent the previous year working through my pain and not addressing it. My previous PT session elsewhere did not diagnose the problem. Over time we traced the leg pain to my back. Who knew? I thought a month of stretching and exercise were going to put me back in action. Silly girl!
I am especially grateful for the continuous patience and guiding words of assurance that we could conquer this together through physical therapy. Kirsten managed the ups and downs with me and continuously adapted my regimen to what I needed at the time, while still helping me feel like I was making progress.
Today- I am so happy to report I’m back to skiing and ice climbing and slowly building up my running. And I didn’t have to go the surgical route.

My back gets really bad where I can’t move. This happens a couple times a year. I was recommended Somersworth Physical Therapy by my doctor. Kirsten and the rest of the team were very professional, polite and respectful but most of all the helped get me back to feeling better than I have felt in a long time! Kirsten gave me exercises to help me get through any future flare ups incase I have any. Thanks for all your help and awesome advice Kirsten

I was involved in an accident and had lower back pain and whiplash. I have been coming to Somersworth Physical Therapy for 3 weeks now and my lower back pain has improved as well as the pain I have been having in my neck and shoulders from the whiplash. After injuring my right shoulder due to a fall, I went to Somesworth Physical Therapy (SPT) for some rehab and strengthening. After 14 visits my therapist Dr. Katherine Rolfe got my shoulder back to almost new. I am thankful I went to SPT for my shoulder. Katherine will now begin work on my left knee. I've been a patient of Somersworth PT twice now in a span of two years for the same reoccurring issue and there's a reason I am a returning patient. Dan Lombardi checks in at the beginning of each session to determine how I’m feeling and then comes up with what we would do that day based on where my body is at. Dan and his staff are very knowledgeable and work with you to identify issues and prescribe the best physical therapy treatment for your needs and abilities. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT who lives within the Seacoast area.

I have been using Somersworth Physical Therapy for years. They have always treated me great care. But one of the main reasons I go there is they treat me my entire time. What I mean they give me an exercise to do and stay right with me and not go and treat someone else. Why is this important, I want to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything in terms I can understand. I have recommended them to all who would listen. A great PT for everyone who needs it.

As an aging senior who is determined to stay as active as possible I am so grateful to Dan and his team at Somersworth Physical Therapy. Somersworth Physical Therapy has been a great experience. The staff is caring and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Katie for most of my therapy. She put together a plan that really worked for me. My hip pain has greatly improved and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend coming here.

I just finished up two months of PT for my left knee, following a strengthening regimen of exercises. I am doing the same exercises with the right knee. I can walk more steadily with less pain. Now it seems that having a cortisone shot in my left knee is unnecessary.
Previously I had PT here for a rotator cuff injury which rapidly restored normal range of motion.
The staff is competent and friendly.

I cannot speak highly enough of the great therapists at Somersworth PT. I have been going for about 15 weeks after a total shoulder replacement. It is not just the extraordinary skills they possess, but they get the absolute best result, and with a caring attitude and genuine welcoming personalities. I was told by my surgeon how far ahead I am in my rehab and I owe it all to them. Nicole was my primary therapist but I had many sessions with Dan and also Katie. All of them are the best and I am thankful for their skills. Being released and discharged is bittersweet and I will miss them. I highly recommend Somersworth Physical Therapy to anyone needing any rehab or therapeutic help. Thank you for all you did for me.

I have been in therapy on/off for 2 years. It’s been a slow process after 4 major surgeries. I wouldn’t be alive without Dan and his staff. I like the fact that they treat each patient individually. Also, I like the fact that they challenge you even when all I do is whine! I would recommend Somersworth PT to anyone looking for PT. You won’t find another facility with so much expertise and caring.

The Physical Therapy providers at Somersworth PT are all knowledgeable, skilled and work well together as a team. They are welcoming, encouraging and supportive. I have had the pleasure of working with this team for more than one PT need and have had excellent results each time.

Dr. Rolfe is excellent..very attentive and caring. I am making great progress and will likely be completely healed in a few more sessions.

Great size facility, professional but intimate. I like the e-mail reminders for each appointment. Staff is very willing to accommodate my schedule.

I found Somersworth Physical Therapy through a Google search and I am so happy that I found them. The environment is clean and welcoming and my providers have worked consistently to help relieve my back/hip pain and teach me how to strengthen the area to avoid future injury. I couldn’t ask for a better level of care that I have received from Dan and Nicole and I would offer my highest recommendation for this practice to anyone who needs guided care to relieve pain or rehabilitation of an injury.

Absolute best experience! Great facility and extremely friendly and motivating staff! I worked with Leana for quite some time and towards the end I worked with Katie.
