Chautauqua Harbor Hotel

Can’t say enough about the beautiful Chautauqua Harbor Hotel! So clean! Extra touches throughout including great fresh coffee all day. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate a special request! The food was outstanding. The view from our room was breathtaking! Our beds were extremely comfortable and although it was a busy weekend, our room was extremely quiet!

As I stated earlier, the place was very quiet, it would have been nice to have a room overlooking the lake -- Sam was very nice during check in. Very polite & efficient. -- Sam checked us in to the hotel, he was very friendly and allowed us a few minutes early . -- I LOVED that we actually had enough towels, didn't need to request extra. -- Lovely room, Considering how empty the hotel was it would have been nice to be overlooking the lake instead of the parking lot, but there was nothing wrong with the room. -- I used the treadmill and was very happy with the quality of the equipment and how clean the workout area was & the availability of cleaning product to use on machine

We really do love this hotel. Staff and location are great. -- I know it wasn't the waitress fault but she could have used some help and I think the kitchen was understaffed. It was a beautiful weekend and alot of people were out and about. It took quite a while to get our drinks and our meal. It didn't seem they were prepared for a full restaurant. -- Front desk was very friendly. -- With this being an up scale hotel it would be nice to have a little better quality of toilet paper. Just a thought.

We live near Pittsburgh & We had a lovely New Year's Eve 2 night getaway here. Someone has definitely done things the right way! Such a nice Resort feel. Lots of attentive friendly Staff, Restaurant & Bar offered great menu items that were delicious & everything was very clean. Loved the beautiful flower arrangements, the holiday lights outside & the grounds are very appealing as was the whole ambience of the place!! We are hoping to come back & stay in September. Thank you for caring to put this Wonderful Hotel in this area! Thanks for the TLC Sam, Derrick, & Toni!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel over the Christmas holiday. Our goal was for a relaxing get away and the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel did not disappoint. The service staff are top notch. Given the multitude of football games available, we took lunch and dinner meals at the bar area. Derek was an excellent bartender / server. He was professional, personable and engaging 😊. This trip was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel and definitely will not be the last. Thanks to all!

This hotel was really nice, room was comfortable and right on the water. Family friendly place, fire pits with chairs around. There's a wonderful park next door and a wonderful lighthouse and pier. Nice area and really close to the highway.

My husband, sister and brother in law and myself went to Chautauqua Harbor Hotel for the Murder Mystery Event that they hosted this weekend. We were all absolutely pleased with everything. The hotel staff was very friendly. They all smiled, took the time to chat with us and made us feel comfortable. For me, in particular, this hotel went above and beyond. I have Celiac's disease. When I reached out to the hotel to let them know and ask if there was any way they could accommodate me, I honestly expected back a response that was an apologetic no, or possibly that they would try to see what they could do. What I got was incredible. The staff emailed me that they let everyone know of my situation and then it got better! Anna, the chef manager, met with me when I arrived. She went over the menu with me and informed me that the staff had discussed what to do to best ensure my safety. They decided to make me special plates of food for every meal, this included multiple desserts and snack plates. They did something for me that, to this point in my life since I was diagnosed with Celiac's disease, I have never had anyone do. The effort that they took for me was indescribable. On top of that though, this hotel is beautiful! It is located right on the lake and the views from all of the windows around the hotel and even in our room were gorgeous, even on a weekend with rainy, windy weather. The hotel was clean and had beautiful homey features, like the wood on the walls. I love that coffee and tea service is out on every level of the hotel in the morning. That was super convenient! The restaurant and bar are really nice and the bartendar that we dealt with both nights was amazing! Shout out to you, Derek! We miss you already, man! We absolutely will be back, not only for the next murder mystery event but we also plan of coming back to this fantastic hotel with it's beautiful views and incredible staff soon just because we had such a wonderful time. Thank you, Chautauqua Harbor Hotel, for making our little weekend getaway so very wonderful!

Always amazing, best place to stay and relax around. -- Absolutely nothing geeez that's a first ever. -- Every single one of them, the new years party was great staff where all even better. -- Great food, great staff -- I can't say enough about the front desk,they are AMAZING. -- Always great. -- Only thing wish is a coffee pot in the room. -- I have stayed in hotels all over the world and the staff here are one of the best, extremely professional, you walk in that front door and you feel relaxed, especially the way customer service is these days, it is not that way here 10 stars.

We walked the ground before the sun went down and it is well kept, even in February. -- -- Fast, friendly service -- Nice, clean bathroom -- Up to date, clean, and comfortable room. -- Front desk staff and bartenders were very attentive and kind -- We visited the indoor bar and it was a clean and friendly environment

Stayed here two nights while on a business trip. The hotel is very nice. The rooms were spacious and didn't feel like a hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Looks like a great place to stay in the summer as well with being right on the lake.

We are locals and wanted a mini stay-cation for Thanksgiving.
For the first time in 30+ years I didn't shop, prep, cook, clean, etc. for Thanksgiving......and it WAS SO NICE! The Harbor Hotel did it all for us and we just focused on fun with the kids and grandkids - sharing a great meal together, swimming, board games and movies in our beautiful suite - and THAT VIEW! - it was such a peaceful getaway. Thank you Chautauqua Harbor Hotel - we loved it. So grateful to have you in Chautauqua County - we love staying here and highly recommend it to everyone!

I love this place! The staff are all friendly and helpful. We needed accommodations for disability and the room is excellent for that. Great food, lots of local attractions, pool and fitness center are clean and well maintained. We will 💯 stay at CHH again.

We appreciated this property! It is not "close" to the Institute, but it is really convenient to everything Jamestown (including the Comedy Center and Roger Tory Peterson Institute)! It is in a beautiful spot (although you might not see it right away the building sort of blocks what a great lake view it is. Staff was very, very helpful. Frankly, the manager was a bit of a trip-saver for us - twice. Bar is relaxing and open later than most. Room was very clean and we enjoyed the Starbucks on our floor. We expect to be back and will definitely stay here again.

The chocolate martini was fabulous but ever so slightly overpriced -- The staff was wonderful. -- The water temp got REALLY hot. -- Room was just lovely -- Very warm and welcoming

We love the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel. We recommend it to all our friends. We love staying there whenever we have the chance. We live close by and have made a stay at the CHQ Harbor Hotel a family tradition. We love everything about the experience there. It is by far the best option in the region and beyond.

This property is just beautiful and breathe taking. The staff was so kind, helpful, respectful, and just all around great! The room was beautiful and had anything we needed. Room service was quick and easy. Only thing I know for next time is to request a lakeside view. But other then that, all around great time.

We will most likely be back sometime! The room was roomy and comfortable and we appreciated the number of fluffy nice towels in the bathroom. The view from our room was absolutely fabulous. We did need our tv reset and we were missing a hairdryer, but both were fixed in a very friendly, timely manner. We have already told other people to check out the property.

My wife and I had Birthday celebration at the hotel and it was amazing. Most guests arrived on Friday with our party on Saturday night. We had a great venue, food, bar, cake and flowers. We could not have done this without the amazing help and friendliness of all the staff. They arranged everything, took care of all the details that make an event wonderful.
I can't thank you enough and please thank all the staff who made our Birthday Bash a true evening to remember for us and our guests.

Just not pleased with the Lakehouse Tap & Grille menu and food quality (except dessert). Breakfast was just average. -- Brian at the front desk. -- Food could be better. Staff is stretched thin. Our server was apparently waiting on tables inside and on the patio and may have lacked training. Our salads and entrees were brought to the table at the same time. -- Balcony with lake view was perfect. -- We loved watching the falcons as they worked on the boardwalk along the lake!
