I'm a new customer to CN Brown - we purchased the property and the previous owner used them so we decided to stay with them. In the time we've worked with them, Stephanie has handled our account and she has been nothing but courteous and friendly. We had some issues with our two tanks leaning into our deck and also causing water damage to the cabin - her and the technician recommended we switch out the two tanks to one larger tank and relocate it to the back of the house/yard where it wouldn't cause any issues with the house. Even though the technicians ran into issues and spent about an entire 8 hours getting the work done, they finished, tested everything and didn't charge us a thing! Great customer service and I would highly recommend them.

CN Brown has been my propane provider for the last 3 years and they have never let me down always timely deliveries even in the worst weather conditions. They are cost competitive not only in the price of fuel but when my propane tank that I own had age issues (Stephanie) worked with me on a very cost effective way on changing out my tank and safety devices. The technicians that came to perform the work were respectful and courteous and the installation was done professionally.

When we built our camp in Pittsburg 13 years ago a friend told me that CN Brown was the best Oil and Propane provider to deal with in the North Country. I couldn't agree more!!

We have been happy customers since the day they installed our tanks. Everyone knows how much snow can fall in a week or two in Pittsburg. As much as I try to keep a clear path for the drivers, sometimes we skip a weekend at our camp and their drivers have to climb the banks and shovel a foot or more off the tanks just to get to them....and I've never heard a complaint...and we always have propane!

I couldn't write a review without mentioning the amazing service that Stephanie in their Colebrook office delivers. Every time I need to contact her she is AMAZING! When we needed new tanks for an addition - called Stephanie, needed a stove inspection - called Stephanie, even when we painted the house and "nudged" the propane line hard enough to make it leak...we called Stephanie....and every time she has made our problems go away!

When my friend told me that CN Brown was the best Oil and Propane provider in the North Country...he completely undersold them. They're the BEST that I've ever dealt with anywhere! I wish they ran their trucks into MA!!

One day while i was out of town the oil delivery arrived and the driver, Big Ben, had noticed they filled up enough oil to be nearly at a full tank so out of concern for the house being heated I eventually get a phone call from a Miss Stephanie working in the office.
I wont go on and on but I hand't had a call in a while where I felt like they really cared and were acting on it as well. So thank you miss Stephanie and big ben and everyone else, as long as you're there I'll be a customer!

CN Brown has been servicing my two properties for over 10 years, one with oil the other with propane. Never an issue, always dependable.

The technicians were very professional and preformed the propane tank change out along with the two regulators in short order. They also finished up with an inspection of my heater and preformed a leak test.
